Welcome to our guest house- a cabin in the city! This bright & peaceful space offers decor that is simple, clean & cozy. It is tucked in our back yard and features: A front & back door, a private patio in the back, an intimate kitchen with the essential utensils, a beautiful bathroom, a pull out couch (double bed with a padded mattress cover for added comfort!) and a super cozy loft bedroom. The loft area is quite cozy, and may not be appealing to everyone- getting up the stairs can be tricky!
“The space was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed, with lots of lovely touches that made the space feel Zen. Maggie & Lee were outstanding hosts and accommodating in every way! The location is awesome as well, quiet which truly gives it that “cottage getaway feeling”, but still extremely local so you can indulge in the vast variety of food options and other local places!”
Hidden along the shores of the Niagara River, Grayden Estate is nestled on a quiet dead end street in beautiful Queenston/Niagara on the Lake. A short drive to Old Town and within a few minute walk or bike to world class wineries, art galleries, farmers markets, hiking trails, parks and the waterfront, Grayden Estate is the ideal location for a peaceful quiet getaway for anyone looking to surrender to the simple living quiet life. Complimentary tour bikes are available for use (seasonal).
“This place is awesome! It’s just as it looks in photos. The self check in is super easy, the bed is very comfortable and the decor is lovely. The coffee/mini fridge is a nice touch! AND there is a tv with Netflix :) The area the house is in is beautiful as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better setup!”
1000+ guests have found my home a perfect & economical spot for mini getaways/vacations! You will get a disinfected and super clean, safe, bright, self contained lower apartment (550sqft). Easily accessible to 400 series highways, Niagara Falls (15 minutes), Niagara-on-the-Lake (13 minutes), Port Dalhousie (9 minutes), Buffalo (45 minutes) and Toronto (90 minutes). This area offers so much more than the beauty of the Falls. Theater, casino(s), wineries, beach and great dining - we got it!
“My wife, infant daughter, and I stayed at Lynn’s place for a night and everything was fantastic. Lynn was ultra quick with responding to any questions/requests we had and she was very accommodating. The place itself is perfect for a couple or small family staying a night in the area. It’s a quick drive to all the amenities you would need (restaurants, groceries, etc.) and is also close to a lot of great wineries. The unit was stocked with coffee, extra sheets, pillows, basic kitchen supplies, lots of towels, etc. As our young one goes to bed fairly early in the evening, it was also great having Netflix to entertain us for the night. I would highly recommend Lynn’s place for anyone visiting the area and I will definitely consider staying here again next time we visit.”
