We really enjoyed the days we spent at the house, the children's pool is the perfect space for my whole family. Ana was very kind from the day we arrived. She solved any questions immediately. We would return to this beautiful house without thinking twice.

i recommend the house, because what we liked the most is the security in the fractionation, which the host was from a day before, during and afterwards very attentive to us and our needs. The house is comfortable, comfortable, it has everything you need from glasses, cups and pans, to washing machine, iron and parking. in conclusion we would be back with my whole family on site.

We stayed here Easter weekend for family vacation with our 3 college age kids. The home is beautiful and comfortable. View is amazing. Location was perfect for exploring. Octavio was very responsive and shared recommendations,

Gaby was great! Super responsive, took care of all our requests. The place itself was perfect for what we needed, all toiletries were provided. Gaby also sent a laundry service to us to change the sheets and provide new towels. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was fully loaded. The only thing I will complain about is the bed not being very comfortable and the sheets kept coming off even when I would put them back in place.

We had an amazing stay at this property! Paola and Gerardo were exceptional hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable trip. They recommended a variety of things to do in Mexico and helped us arrange everything—from a private chef and transportation to booking our excursions. The highlight was definitely the private yacht trip to Isla Mujeres—an unforgettable experience with stunning views and delicious food. The service at the house was also outstanding. Paola’s mom was incredibly attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The home was spotless, and we felt very safe thanks to the 24-hour security. We also really enjoyed relaxing by the pool, especially with the beautiful weather. This was a perfect place to stay with friends and family, and we highly recommend it!

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location was perfect—especially if you enjoy relaxing at Kin Ha. The property is beautiful, featuring two pristine pools and a peaceful rooftop that made our downtime extra special. The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. The host was fantastic—welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast served, which added a personal and memorable touch. Every detail of our experience exceeded expectations, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We’ll absolutely be back!

Honest review so there are no surprises: 5 stars because Nico was responsive and very accommodating and we made the best out of our experience. The place is hard to find - we had to ask around in order to find the place but once we were there, it was fine. The cleaners are wonderful. There is an ant issue but Nico had the cleaners come asap to eliminate the infestation. You yourself can not use the wash/dryer and the cleaners take your clothes & wash them for you elsewhere. The AC is not the best but we weren't suffering in heat. The pool and kitchen are the two highlights of the house. It is within a 5 minute walk of a mini mart which also sells alcohol and its a nice area for a jog. The gate keeper / security were great and also helpful so utilize them. If you don't speak Spanish, just use Google translate. The internet didn't work the last day but we didn't complain because we had our Hotspots and were leaving that day anyways. Overall, it was a memorable stay for a large group.

The place is amazing, everything matched the photos, only the detail of the washing machine but it was not a problem. Great location and Karla's service was very good, as she always answered calls and was attentive. The place is highly recommended, as are the hosts. They are very flexible with check-in times and that is appreciated because it allows you to organize your stay. Thank you for everything

An excellent place to rest and have a good vacation. The place is in a great location. Everything is close and easily accessible. There are many public transportation options to different parts of the city. It is even very close to the bus station if you have plans to visit nearby cities. Very close to the beaches of the hotel area. It's a great place to stay at a fair price. Recommended for couples.

I can't say enough how much I enjoy staying at Gerardo's. He's always friendly and helpful. The apartment is absolutely wonderful and comfortable. it just has a really great vibe. This was my third stay at the tropical jungle Oasis. The location is wonderful there are so many things close by the neighborhood is safe and the whole apartment complex is absolutely charming. As for the price, you can't beat it. I feel like I got way more than I paid for. I will definitely stay again the next time I return to Cancun.

I loved the stay. Super good location and super clean

Booked Luis’s place day of for a last minute stay and he was super accommodating. Comfortable accommodation for one night with all the needed amenities. Also quite a few restaurants and shops nearby. We arrived late at night and the place was a bit hard to find but Luis gives very detailed instructions which are helpful. Overall would recommend!

We loved the apartment, it was beautiful. The bed is comfortable and the view from the roof top was superb. You can see the ocean and the shark tower ;-)

Super energy, great stay The description of the directions was great and we were greeted in front of the house. Everything was explained to us exactly and showed us. The place was very tidy, clean, bright, very inviting. We felt immediately comfortable. The view is awesome, but also the flair of the back of the house, so I liked the view from the bedrooms. There was 1 canister of water available and on request a second one came directly. We were taken directly to the supermarket in Cancun by the owner to make a big purchase. Food in Cancun is very expensive in my opinion. The rooms are super divided with the 2 bathrooms and the furnishings, great. At night, it was loud on the beach: people, music and motorcycle shows. It's only fair to mention this for people who are light sleepers. After 2 glasses of Mexican wine, I slept well, but my mother heard everything every night. Beach directly at the door as well as restaurants, market

The house is beautiful and very spacious, the amenities are excellent and the location is very good for getting around the southern area, I will definitely return to José's house

Highly recommend the loft There were two of us with a cat. One of us on the queen bed and the other on the sofa-bed. Contrary to other buildings and structures in Cancún that can have thin walls with noise penetrating from above or the sides the loft is part of a robust and very firm building. Which allows for great sleep and rest. There is also a courtyard at the back where we were able to take our cat out. There is wonderful lush vegetation at the front of the building. Our hosts were great and it was all smooth sailing, which is what one wants! Location is excellent too. Again, highly recommend the loft!
