Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Hot Springs

This place was the perfect distance from everything and made it so easy to go different places! It was so clean and just like the pictures. It is painted blue instead of yellow so that made it confusing finding it at first, but no worries once we realized it was it. The fridge was a big smaller than we saw in the pictures, but we still fit everything pretty okay. Candace responded very quickly to everything and I would most definitely stay here again!!

I liked place was quiet slept like a baby! We had neighbors and could never hear them, that was as a plus. Also, walking distance to Central Avenue, did not have to waste time parking. Bathroom a tad small, not an issue for us, someone large might be uncomfortable small shower. Plan to return and check out unit with larger shower. Kitchenette a plus! Surrounding neighborhood safe! Absolutely wonderful stay at Robert’s place. The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Love the screened in patio. The beds are extremely comfortable as well as the pillows. Very clean and had everything we needed and then some. The large TV’s in every room are awesome. Lots of games, puzzles, dvd’s and a fully equipped kitchen. Literally could not ask for anything more. Can’t wait until we visit again next time!

Definitely a hidden gem, we really enjoyed the views and peacefulness. Also they supply a fan in every closet, we travel with our own but we have forgotten before so this would have been a relief. Hot tub works great. Would stay again if in the area

Great stay! Melissa has thought of every small detail to make your stay as seamless as possible. As a versed traveler, the little things make the biggest difference. From the ziplock bags to the shampoo/soap/conditioner to the Qtips, sugar, tea bags and seasoning she has covered it all. We ate in thrice and the kitchen amenities and grill were useful and homey. The place was clean and efficient, the bed was comfy and the yard was just enough for our pup. She really has done a great job at making her guests feel the ‘home away from home’ vibe. The place is within 5 mins of the historic district and a super easy commute for our Hot Springs National Park visit. Easy to come back for lunch and a much needed rest for our pup. Thank you Melissa, we appreciate the care you put in to your place and allowing us to borrow it!

Never have I been to a place out of my home state and instantly felt at home. Erin’s house is one of the coziest places I’ve had the pleasure of staying at! A beautiful kitchen with plenty of space and most importantly, very clean!

Very clean and comfy place to stay! We had a small issue with the WiFi, but they came out to fix it right away! I was very impressed. I would stay here again for sure.

The mirrors and windows really made the place stand out and I loved it. I always like to stay out on the porch and this one was perfect. For hours at a time without a phone or tablet. The sounds of the water, the birds chirping, and nobody disturbing you. The lake with the mountains in the background was a great view. There’s turtles sunbathing and geese flying it all was so beautiful. And the place felt so clean as well. I never second-guessed any surface I touched like I do at some places. Loved how it was just about 20 minutes away from downtown but a gorgeous drive there and back

Such a beautiful and comfortable place to stay! Everything was exactly as pictured and/or described. The hosts were amazing to deal with. Super fast communication. This is a little gem in the Ozarks. Very quite and extremely clean. Sitting on the porch over looking the lake was perfect. Kayaks are available for you to use. Host are extremely friendly. This is why i continue to return to this location.

this was the best vacation my husband and I ever took!!! we had a blast....these few days were sweet and were definitely gifted from up above🤗🤪 Our host was awesome & we are already wanting to plan another vacation with them real soon! My hubby and I totally recommend Dennis & his beautiful wife.... they were awesome!🥰

A nice little place not far from downtown Hot Springs. I was a little hesitant about the area at first but there were no issues. It is in fact a small studio but fine for a day or two stay. The place was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The Host was great to work with and responsive to any questions or when extra towels were needed. A Host that goes the extra mile is always a bonus! Only thing I would suggest is maybe a curtain over the main window as the security light shines right in on you. Overall a nice place to stay if in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at Scott’s apartment in Hot Springs! The place was clean, comfortable, and felt like a true home away from home. Scott was a great host—very responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was just right during my visit.

It seemed like it was a hundred miles from town because it was so peaceful, but town was a half mile away. The interior was amazing , it was decorated from a lot of different time frames. The tv and movie room was amazing. He had everything that anyone would need. Plenty of towels and the beds were great. If you have never been to Hot Springs Arkansas, this is the place to stay. We are already talking about returning this fall.

We enjoyed our long holiday weekend at Chris's condo. We spent the majority of our time there on the covered balcony taking in the views and watching storms come and go over the lake. The king bed was very comfortable and the space was perfect for a couple. Easy check-in and Chris was very responsive to any message we sent.

Was staying for a wedding, Nat and Tay were extremely hospitable and quick to respond. The property was beautiful and had all we needed. Would love to stay again!

I was able to take my daughter and my parents. Everyone enjoyed the stay so much. The location to everything was a big plus too.

Steve left us clear instructions on how to find the condo and how to check in. The place and the view was beautiful, and super pet friendly! The area felt safe and was close to restaurants/stores! Definitely recommend!

We stayed here for one night before camp drop off. Very peaceful location and comfortable sleeping arrangements for an adult and 4 teens

Brittany’s place was absolutely beautiful. Everything was clean and tidy. There were extra dog bowls for pets as well. The view from the window was so pretty. Brittany gave very clear directions and instructions on how to get there and how to get inside. She was very responsive and answered all questions I had. 10/10 would recommend!

Jenny was amazing, super friendly and helpful, and the condo was just perfect. will definitely be coming back!

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb vacation rentals - most have been really great, but Amy’s condo was simply perfect. She has thought of everything - beach towels, sun screen, lovely robes, a welcome tray of goodies, a fully stocked coffee bar .. literally everything we wanted was at our finger tips. Amy even went so far as to leave adorable cake pops for my friend’s birthday!! The condo was immaculate and smelled so nice when we arrived! The back deck has comfortable furniture where we enjoyed a glass of wine each night. The condo is right next to the pool (super clean and quiet) which was really convenient. Amy was the most responsive owner I have ever dealt with - when we had an issue with accessing a streaming channel, she immediately responded and resolved the problem! You will not be sorry if you rent this adorable condo - it’s magic!
