Our mid century trailer was purchased new in ‘57 by Dawn’s grandparents. This retro 50’s RV has original pink appliances w/bed, bath, kitchen, living room in one! Along w/covered porch & ceiling fan. On 50 acres in foothills of the Ouachita National Forest, 18 miles to Hot Springs National Park, AR & 8 miles to DeGray Lake State Park. Even though we have the necessary WiFi we still invite you to unplug from technology, reconnect w/nature & your loved one. We’re a perfect escape to a simpler time

Tropical Treehouse set in a ten acre Jungle Garden with a canal lagoon. Private mature forest park of 250 acres and five miles of nature trails. There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

Enjoy the peace of this cozy cabin. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking pans, dishes and serving utensils, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, crock pot, blender. We supply coffee etc., salt, pepper. Bath towels, wash clothes, toilet paper and soaps. The beds are made with fresh linens. The covered deck faces the woods where you can enjoy the sound of the river. Cook out on the grill and enjoy a fire in the firepit. Wash your treasures on the outside table.

Lakeside cabin on beautiful Lake Greeson! If you want to get away from the city, this cabin is the perfect place for you to unwind. Enjoy the sunrise or sunset while relaxing in the hot tub. We have a marina store with boat rental, water toys to rent or purchase. Paddle boards, Tubes, knee board, skis, wake board, and etc. I recommend to all the guest before arriving to bring your food and beverage. We are in the woods.
