Mansion vacation rentals in Hot Springs

What an amazing stay at this place! My family and I had an incredible experience; from the place being so cozy, to cleanliness, responsive host, etc. We were able to have out family reunion enjoying the surroundings and the fabulous kitchen and pool!

Great house. Great pool. Great hot tub. Everything was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. Our 4 night stay was relaxing and enjoyable.

The place we rented was great. We have no issues at all.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Royal. The home was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Pool was amazing and we spent lots of time swimming. Beds were super comfortable. The kids enjoyed the game room. Mostly played ping pong. Air hockey table didnt work the best, the pucks kept flying off. Also, under the impression there would be a gaming system, but there was not. Plenty of tvs to watch. Very private and secluded. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes and appliances. Close to Dollar General and Family Dollar. Not too close to eating establishments. Went to mexican restaurant near by and it was decent. Overall, amazing stay and made lots of memories. Would recommend to anyone traveling to the area. Thank you for a great stay!

Can't get over the gorgeous house and the great amenities, not to mention the incredibly friendly and easily-accessible host! Hope to come back someday!!

I have nothing negative to say. The house is better than the pictures. House is clean and comfortable(didn’t need my Clorox wipes!) There were plenty of towels, garbage bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. All things that I brought and again didn’t need! I used the body soap in 1 bathroom and it was a light pleasant smell. Can’t say anything about the other bathrooms or provided shampoo and conditioners. The pool(extra towels provided!) and game rooms gave everyone an area to hangout and relax. The balcony was comfortable and they even have bird feeders to make it even more enjoyable. Trying to combined 4 different family units into 1 house is hard. This house was worth the money! So thankful that we booked this house. Oh, and Sue was great. Communication was fast and she gave tips when needed. And she gave us a personal code so it was nice knowing she changes them for every new reservation.

We enjoyed our girls trip to Hot Springs. The house was exactly what we wanted for this trip. Loved having a pool near the lake - the views were great!

Just wow! Such a beautiful place, the lake out your back door was amazing! Our boys loved fishing and kayaking! We will definitely be back!

John’s home was absolutely perfect for my birthday getaway with friends! The home is spacious, well laid out, and so beautiful with lovely outdoor space for gathering. Beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we had a blast! Thank you for everything, John!

This is truly a beautiful home, very updated and clean. Laura our host, always got back with us when we had questions. 11 of our family members stayed here and had plenty of room to spread out. Perfect house for large groups. We enjoyed the lake, hot tub and kayaks, this is a perfect vacation house! Hopefully we can return someday and stay here again.

Great place to stay for a large group, we had 12 adults and older kids. The lake is FINE and the kayaks were well maintained. Volley Ball Court is a plus! Cleaners were leaving as we arrived and had done a great job. Everything was fresh.

We’ve been staying in Edge’s house for a number of years now, everything is always clean and in working order. The house is in a great part of town and has tons of communal areas where you can spend time with your friends/family outdoors overlooking the lake, or indoors in the spacious living room.

Great location. Huge space. Great communication. I would only caution expectations of the boat dock, the home is at the end of a cove and there was a lot of debris in the docking area making it difficult to use the dock and load onto the boat.

Heron Hause was a great place! Wonderful for a large family gathering and the decor and details were outstanding! Nothing was missed as far as amenities. The place was immaculately cleaned, fully stocked, comfortable beds, and soft towels. This place will not disappoint, I highly recommend booking for your next stay!

We spent a long weekend girls trip at David’s lovely lake home. It was perfect for 10 women who have been friends for over 30 years. The beds were so comfortable, the lake was so peaceful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better gathering space. We especially loved swimming off the dock and paddling in the kayaks provided.

From the moment we opened the gate, we knew we had found something special. The property was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, welcoming, and surrounded by stunning views. The home itself was spacious, spotless, and comfortably cool, making it the perfect retreat. Our host, Steve, was exceptional. He was incredibly responsive to every question we had and went above and beyond by offering great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do in the area. His hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-kept getaway with a host who genuinely cares about your experience.

Our stay at The Top of the Mountain Escape did not disappoint. This host easily fits the mark as an exceptional host. The home is comfy, cozy, and extra large. The only bad thing, the one thing if I could change anything, it would have to be the length of our stay. There was no detail left untouched to make you feel safe & at home. The pictures do not speak loud enough, this house is beautiful. The views are amazing at sunrise, sunset and everywhere in between ~ absolutely breathtaking. It catered to the needs of everyone, from the oldest guest 70+ to the youngest 10 year old without a complaint. When the opportunity presents itself to visit Hot Springs this will be our 1st choice at lodging. Thanks for allowing my family to enjoy your beautiful home and all of its amazingness !!! Our Family of 10 so enjoyed our stay at this property. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware which was wonderful as we cooked a couple of meals each day. private bedrooms which was great! I would highly recommend this property and Host!

Our group of 13 had plenty of room. This listing is in a very nice location and a quick drive to nearby stores. The home was outfitted with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. The host was very responsive and friendly!

This is our second time booking this beautiful home. We always wish we booked it for longer. It is a very comfortable and clean home with lots of room for everyone. We will be back next year for sure

Place was nice and clean. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Great location and views and very quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Love the Hot Springs. Plenty to do and nice food options. Recommend Bubbas. We will for sure be returning at some point.

Greg’s place was perfect for our family trip. We loved the open kitchen/living area. The house had everything we needed for our stay.
