This recently renovated 700 sq. ft. studio apartment features comfortable furnishings, full kitchen, lots of natural light and close proximity to the best of our city. This is a small, cozy, safe, and clean one-bedroom cottage in the backyard of a home in the Historic Hillcrest Neighborhood. It is perfectly designed for 1 guest or a couple; has its own kitchenette, a full-sized bed, and a 100 year old footed tub w a shower. Guests must walk up 3 steps without a handrail to get into the cottage. Must be 21 or older to book. A cot can be brought in upon request but it is a tight fit. Please see photos with cot in space.

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per night for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.
