Rade is located on the direct border to Hamburg between Nordheide and Altem Land on the southern city border to Hamburg. In 15 minutes you are in the city of Hamburg via the A1. Rade belongs to the joint municipality of Neu Wulmstorf in the district of Harburg. Rade has its own highway exit and access, so the highway exit is easy to find even for those unfamiliar with the area. The proximity to the Stuivenwald, which is partly already part of Hamburg, gives the place its rural character.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is within 8 minutes walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

Es gibt des weiteren eine Schlafkoje mit eine 160er Bett. Im EG befindet sich neben der grosszügigen Küche, Esszimmer, Bad mit WC, Arbeitszimmer, WC, Wohnzimmer auch das 1. Schlafzimmer. Das Zwischengeschoss lädt zu chillen und lesen ein. Im OG sind 2 Schlafzimmer und die Schlafkoje.
