From our vacation home in Marina Den Oever you have a view of the water from every room. From our private jetty you can swim or canoe directly in the Ijsselmeer. The house is located on a small island with a total of 40 houses and a very nice restaurant, which is connected to the mainland by a bridge. The house has two large terraces with seating, sun loungers and barbecue: one at the front facing the marina and one at the back facing the Ijsselmeer. The one at the back has a whirlpool by the water. Here you can enjoy the peace and wellness! On the first floor you will find a large open area with living room, dining room and kitchen, a guest toilet and the entrance area. The kitchen is superbly equipped with everything you need for cooking. The living room invites you to linger with a large corner sofa made of real leather, a 75-inch LED TV and a music system. You can watch the passing boats from here. A staircase leads to the second floor with 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 people. Two of the bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and the third, slightly smaller bedroom has 2 single beds. All rooms have closets with ample storage space for personal belongings. An absolute highlight is the bathroom with a glass sauna overlooking the water and a walk-in shower, as well as the private jetty with an outdoor whirlpool for 6 people.

On Lutje, you wake up with unobstructed views of the water. Start with a fresh dip and then enjoy your coffee in the sun. Hopefully it will be windy and then you can go out on the water from the terrace. Kiting, paddleboarding, foiling, windsurfing, anything is possible! Cast a fishing rod, take surf lessons, eat an ice cream at the farmer's, walk along the mudflats, or take a trip to Texel. Enjoy a meal on the terrace by the water, and then the children play hide and seek, and you enjoy the most beautiful sunset.

Enjoy peace, space, and coziness at this authentic farmhouse. Our farmhouse is built in 1904 to West Frisian model, and has served as a garnish shop in addition to farmhouse. When we bought the farm, he was 116 years old, and had the necessary overdue maintenance. Little by little we are renovating the house, so it now has well-functioning heating again! We're putting Airbnb's proceeds back into the home, so we're now saving up for renovating the roof.
