Visit Schagen with bars and restaurants, shopping and different kind of events in less than 10 minutes. Cheese-city Alkmaar is only 30 minutes away, and Amsterdam 1 hour.

You are welcome to stay on our organic snowdrop farm all year round. From December through April you will be able to enjoy thousands of snowdrops, stinsenplants, and a free tour around the nursery. We are far from the hustle and bustle of the city but still within easy reach of local towns, villages and attractions. The farm is a beautiful and quiet spot, in the middle of the Noord-Holland countryside of the Wieringermeer polder. Our own small green piece of paradise. We hope to see you soon!

Nature reserve "Het Egboetswater" is nearby, and the beach of the sweet sea at Medemblik is also worth it. Cycling, walking, sailing or by car? You can go anywhere from here!

In het mooie West-Friesland te Oostwoud verhuren wij volledig omheinde 4-persoons vakantiehuis genaamd "Hazeweel". Deze vakantiewoning bevindt zich op een klein vakantiepark. Het is gelegen aan doorgaand vaarwater met mooi uitzicht en privacy. Hazeweel is een knus, modern, ruim opgezet huis voorzien van een moderne keuken en volledig ingerichte badkamer én 2 slaapkamers. Welcome to our lovely house "Achter de Turf" in Medemblik. Located on the flowing water. At the front, there is ample parking for your car, and if you come by boat, you can moor it in Westerhaven. The house offers plenty of comfort and is within walking distance of the city center, where shops, restaurants and cozy terraces are available. Medemblik is located on the IJsselmeer and the surrounding dike where you can enjoy the West Frisian area. Amsterdam is a 50-km drive.

Welcome to our 'B and B 40 A'

Our B&B is located near the tourist center of Medemblik, on navigable water, with a parking space on private property. Our living room has an open kitchen with hob, Senseo, kettle, fridge, combi microwave. and there is Wi-Fi available. It is a complete cottage with its own front door, and from this ideally located accommodation you can cycle, sail, walk, to museums and or to the castle, or go on the scenic steam train to Hoorn, etc. You can also rent bicycles from us.

Nearby villages are: Oudesluis (100 m), Anna Paulowna (4 km), Callantsoog beach (10 km); cities Schagen (8 km), Den Helder (20 km) and Alkmaar (22 km).

Located in a quiet and peaceful area on the IJsselmeer, our house offers the perfect retreat for those seeking peace and quiet, while still wanting to be close to all the amenities and attractions of the region. After a wonderful day of water, wind, sun and forests, enjoy the relaxation in the sauna and luxury of our new house (built in 2024).

Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms. All to yourself. At the back, a spacious garden room with fireplace and next to it a private garden. You can heat the garden room with the fireplace. In winter, it may be too cold to sit there with just the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bathtub and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Wonderful apartment to stay completely on your own and enjoy the tranquility!

This modern furnished holiday home is located in Opperdoes near the IJsselmeer lake. There is free Wi-Fi and parking at the house. Sheets and towels are included. The centre of Medemblik is only 2 kilometers away. Amsterdam and Callantsoog (North Sea beach) are a 40 minutes drive. Also Texel is nice to visit. This property is located on a site that is partly privately rented (and partly offered through Dormio Resort).
