Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Het Huisje, tiny house in the center of Bakkum

This cozy and sunny cottage in Bakkum is on the edge of the dunes and the forest. Within walking distance are various eateries. In 10 minutes by bike, you can reach Castricum aan Zee with a beautiful beach, many terraces, restaurants and water sports. There are 2 folding bicycles at the cottage. You have your own entrance with a small garden and seating area. Parking is available on your own property or parking space across the street. Bedroom is upstairs, accessible via steep stairs.

'Sauna on Sea' is the perfect getaway to relax at the Dutch coast or for an easy visit to Amsterdam. Airconditioned. This centrally located apartment is within cycling distance of the beach and sea. It is beautifully located between the bulb fields in spring. Our accommodation is experienced by the children as very nice, close to mom and dad and yet their own place, parents have more privacy, there is an outdoor garden with a veranda where you can sit.... photos to follow, it's just finished, ....cycling in the area is recommended, ( free bikes )
