Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. You are welcome to stay on our organic snowdrop farm all year round. From December through April you will be able to enjoy thousands of snowdrops, stinsenplants, and a free tour around the nursery. We are far from the hustle and bustle of the city but still within easy reach of local towns, villages and attractions. Hello, we are Bart and Marieke and rent out a unique residence located on the waterfront in the center of Kolhorn. You can unwind under the veranda and have canoes at your disposal with which you can explore the beautiful surroundings and the picturesque village of Kolhorn. It is located on the Westfriese Omringdijk, where you can take beautiful cycling or walking tours in the area. You can enjoy the beach and the cozy city of Schagen with the West Frisian Market every week.

Get away from it all, enjoy nature on the edge of the IJsselmeer and beach. In the 2700m2 backyard of our farmhouse are two detached tiny houses with a large private garden and private entrance with lots of privacy. The cottage is within walking distance of the historic city of Medemblik and close to Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Amsterdam is 45 minutes away. Various possibilities for water sports. Beach, ports, shops etc. reachable within 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot.

Romantic stay with a view from your bed on the water and a double swing From the love-seat, you can watch the TV or the fireplace (heating) and you will have it cozy in winter or in summer you can enjoy reading or playing games outside on the terrace at the water. Hot tub, kayak or 2 paddle boards can be booked. There are also bicycles, which you can borrow for free. The bathroom is 1 step outside the Pipo and all just for you/you.

Lovely apartment with 2 bedrooms. All to yourself. At the back a spacious garden room with fireplace and in addition a private garden. The garden room can be heated with the fireplace . In the winter it can be too cold to sit there only with the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bath and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Lovely apartment to stay completely on your own and enjoy the tranquility!
