Authentic detached house full of atmosphere and equipped with all the comforts. Wooden floors, a modern kitchen, a private sauna in the bathroom and 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with excellent beds give atmosphere and luxury. Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

From the chalet de Zeemeeuw you have a view of the sea dike and the farmlands. On a farm path it is 1.5 km. to the dike, there are the salt marshes and under the guidance of a guide you can walk. Groningen is a half hour drive. The chalet is next to our arable farm just outside Pieterburen. PEACE, SPACE and VIEW are the keywords. Kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and water cooker. A terrace with furniture and umbrella. Possibly to use washing machine.
