We are pleased to offer this characteristic home in Warffum. Take it easy and enjoy the still undiscovered wide Groninger Hogeland. The house is located directly next to the medieval church on the largest wierde in the Netherlands. Many beautiful authentic villages in the area , the infinite polders and the bird(spot)rich salt marshes of the Wadden Sea can be admired within cycling distance. A visit to the city of Groningen and islands of Schiermonnikoog and Borkum is also worthwhile!

In this beautiful former town hall from 1896, the second and third floors have been attractively converted into an Airbnb. The large windows in the high spaces make it bright and sunny. The property is located in the center of the cozy village of Eenrum, 50 meters away from the supermarket, bakery and bar/cafeteria. In the bedroom there is a double bed and two single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. For babies, a camping bed can be added if necessary.

Deze fijne kamer is gebouwd in een schuur en heeft een eigen douche en toilet. Op tien minuten rijden van de Waddenzee. Geen strand dus maar dijken met schapen erop. Wel een paar opgespoten nepstrandjes én de veerdienst naar Borkum voor het echte werk. Wakker worden met kakelende kippen onder je raam. Houtkachelwarm, met ondersteuning van een elektrisch kacheltje. Bij voorkeur geen werknemers, tenzij..... Honden welkom tegen kleine vergoeding.

Noordpolderzijl is the ideal base for your mudflats or holidays on the wadden coast. Please be aware that you are staying in a nature reserve on the Wadden Sea. Dogs must stay on a leash and there is no large beach as you may be used to from the North Sea coast.
