Holiday Home Mila is located in the coast village Egmond aan Zee, 50 meters from the dunes and 100 meters from the center. The beach is 300 meters away from the house. In the village there are several good restaurants, bars and lovely terraces. The supermarket is 200 meters away. The center of the cozy cheese town of Alkmaar can easily be reached by bus with 20 minutes. A day in Amsterdam is also a possibility. From the train station (Heiloo or Alkmaar) every half hour a train goes to A'dam.

Welcome to the cozy seaside resort of Egmond aan Zee. In this quiet street, just 600m from the beach and cozy center, there is a cozy studio for two people. The studio has been completely renovated and equipped with a kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. In addition, there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The separate living space with living and sleeping area is cozy and comfortable. A small terrace is located in front of the studio.

Centrally located, quiet location.

A spacious summer house in a prime location! A perfect base for nature, culture, good food and shopping. The distance to the beach and dunes is 20 minutes by bike, and you can reach the city center of Alkmaar in 15 minutes by bike. Shops, (nice boutiques) restaurants and the station are a 5-minute walk away, making Amsterdam also easy to reach, 30 minutes by train. Everything within reach and yet experiencing the feeling of tranquility is absolutely applicable to this place.

Small cozy space with loft, the sleeping area (1.90 high) can be reached via a spiral staircase of 55cm wide. There is a kitchenette, cozy living room with sofa and TV. A modern bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor. The courtyard room is located behind the house. You have your own entrance via the alley next to the house, during your stay the shared garden is only used by the owner to get something in or out of the shed. The seat in the garden is for you!

The cottage is very cozy and complete and has a lovely terrace in the greenery, while you are only 200 meters from the center of Alkmaar and 10 minutes walk to the station. Our apartment is located on the top floor in one of Alkmaar's most famous buildings. It is the ideal base for exploring the city and the region. Step outside into the picturesque streets and canals and take a walk in the city park around the corner. Discover the historical monuments or visit the cheese market, explore the many boutiques or cafes and restaurants nearby. On the ground floor is the hippest restaurant in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water.

'Sauna on Sea' is the perfect getaway to relax at the Dutch coast or for an easy visit to Amsterdam. This centrally located apartment is within cycling distance of the beach and sea. Beach bars, restaurants and shops are widely available. And... You can reach the center of Amsterdam in 25 minutes by train. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the appartment. In the afternoon you can enjoy the sun in front of the house or relax in the luxurious sauna.
