We had a wonderful time at the chalet! The accommodation is very nice, lovingly decorated and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The surroundings invite you to relax – perfect for escaping the ordinary. The contact with the hosts was super friendly and straightforward. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend the chalet!

It was nice and everything is always nicer when the sun is shining but in all cases: - very nice, cozy cottage - terrace directly overlooking the pond (exciting conversations with local ducks) - very easy check-in and responsive host - superb sunset to end the day while eating on the terrace.

We have really enjoyed our stay at Anne's accommodation. It was even better than we've expected! I can absolutely recommend it!

A great and clean house in a quiet area. With 8 people, we were fine with the rooms and bathrooms. Pool was to our satisfaction!

We had a wonderful time at Wenja's beautiful beach house. It was so lovingly and chicly furnished, the kitchen fully equipped. The description of the apartment is absolutely accurate. The kids had a great time swimming in the pool and the sauna afterwards was a treat. In a few minutes, you will be on the beautiful beach with nice beach bar. (It may be worth mentioning that one section is a dog beach. So many friendly dogs are a huge pleasure for our children. ) From the apartment it is only a few minutes by car to the shopping center in the village and many attractions (e.g. Keukenhof, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Zandvoort, etc.) can be reached in 20-40 minutes. We enjoyed our holiday very much and will definitely come back. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful house with us, dear Wenja. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were completely satisfied with the whole family (9 adults + 1 baby) for a few days and were completely satisfied. The house is very spacious, so everyone had enough space – even with so many people. Everything was super clean, lovingly decorated and very well equipped – from the kitchen to the bedrooms to the bathrooms. We found the quiet location and the beautiful outdoor area where we could eat and relax together. Also for the baby, everything we needed was there. Communication with the host was quick, very friendly, and straightforward. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time!

We (my children (11 and 12), my mother, our dog and I) had a great stay at Nannij's and can fully recommend her as a host! From the first contact, she was very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. Communication was always fast, clear and warm – we felt immediately welcome. The place was spotlessly clean, lovingly decorated and equipped with everything you need – even small extras like coffee, tea and local tips were thought of. It was clear that Nannij attaches great importance to providing her guests with a pleasant and relaxing stay. We felt completely comfortable and at home. The location of the accommodation was also ideal: quiet, but still well connected and on a beautiful street. Thank you for everything, dear Nannij! We will be happy to come back.

The dream of a vacation rental. Perfectly located on the dune reserve, this house impresses with aesthetic furnishings, generosity and optimal amenities. We just felt super comfortable. There was nothing missing. A large garden with grill, well equipped kitchen, nice living and sauna area made the stay perfect. Christiane is a warm host and extremely friendly. Communication with her was easy and fast. We especially liked the high quality bedding and the comfortable beds. I would book the house again and again when in the area. Great recommendation!

The flat is very and consistent with the descriptions. Unfortunately, parking in front of the house is only possible for unloading. Michelle gave us a tip in about 16 minutes (on foot) away.

This was such a great airbnb I truly don’t really have any dislikes. It’s not directly in the city more on the very outskirts of it so you need to either drive or take the train. The train is about a 5 minute walk from the house and it’s easy to navigate. The space itself was clean and beautiful, Mike and Mike left recommendations and had basically every amenity you would need! Great find for a great price!

The house is very spacious, clean and has a great outdoor space. The bathroom is a stand out with a large shower and double sink. You can walk to the shops, restaurants and sightseeing in the city centre. Would certainly return to this gem in Alkmaar.

A wonderful stay in Castricum. The accommodation is great: abundantly equipped with all the necessities in kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. It is right in the center and very quiet and beautiful. The garden is cozy, our bikes were given ample shelter. The introduction to the accommodation was surprising with fruit, syrup waffles and a bunch of peonies, which we enjoyed for 5 days. Hostess Diana and her husband are very friendly and caring with attention to the wishes and privacy of their guests. Castricum and Noord-Holland were a first acquaintance for us and that was 100% not as bad as we thought. We'd love to come back here.

Thomas's place was a warm haven and welcoming home away from home. Everything was organized and put together with intention and care, and very clean. We found every possible appliance and amenity we could wish for. The house feels secluded and private, but not isolated. We loved going on walks in the beautiful woods, right out the backdoor, or at the beach, at just a short drive's distance. Thomas was an excellent and lovely host, who promptly answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again, next time. Thank you, Thomas!

Nice place to stay located close to the center. Check in was very easy. Communication with both Peter and Yvette was always quick and straightforward. We were also able to use the rooftop terrace. Bicycles could be stored in the storage/laundry room. It was about 1/2 hour by bike to the sea…super. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need as a self-catering. Nespresso machine was also there. Even a few capsules. Small, fine cottage we 👍🏻 would book again.

Lovely stay in a beautiful location with easy access to Amsterdam using public transport. Very helpful hosts with frequent communication answering any questions and even booking dinner on our behalf. Highly recommended!

We spontaneously booked with Beke for 4 days and everything went very smoothly from the beginning. She welcomed us very warmly and we immediately felt very comfortable in the beautiful accommodation. The house is very lovingly decorated and has everything we wanted. A nice place to relax. The area around the house is also very nice and it is even possible to get to the beach within about 70 minutes through the nature reserve. We could also easily reach the beach by car and park for free in the nearby area. The proximity to Alkmaar, a beautiful cozy town, is also very pleasant. There are lots of nice restaurants and small shops. We enjoyed our time at Beke and will be happy to come back. Thanks again for the loving hospitality. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 babies in the house under the chestnut and felt super comfortable. The house is furnished with a lot of love, very cozy and well maintained. We felt right at home. The small front garden is beautiful and also behind the house you can sit nicely. With crawling children, the stairs would be very steep and not secured. It was ok with us. A baby bed was available. The communication with Astrid was completely straightforward. We were very warmly personally welcomed and would have been able to enter the accommodation earlier. Nearest beach is a quarter of an hour by car. Alkmaar is easily accessible by bus. Overall, we had a great stay and can absolutely recommend the place!

Nice Place to be Bee nearby Amsterdam. It is Easy to get into the City by Train. There is a big parking Place by the Train Station. The Train is Running twice in one Hour. The City is nice but crowded. It is relaxing to stay at Walters House.

We enjoyed wonderful days in the great house. The two were always there for us with questions, tips for things to do in the area. The handout with information about the house was very helpful and in addition, the two were always available to us and very warm.

Small cottage with in a top location. The house was very cozy in the backyard of Ellen. We found everything we needed (spices, oil, tissues, etc.) and even got some fresh eggs. We spend two lovely days here and will come back.
