The station, supermarkets, drugstore, bakery and restaurants are just a minute walking distance. The neighborhood of this guesthouse is really equipped with all the comforts. The property, which was built in 2020, has a separate shower and toilet downstairs and upstairs a living room/bedroom. There is no cooking facilities or outdoor space.

The ceiling height upstairs is 1.30 m (4 ft 3 in)! Double bed 1.80x2.20cm. Rain shower/toilet. Not suitable for children. No pets. Smoking is not allowed.

The cottage is in our garden and has its own small private patio. Our children sometimes play outside, and our friendly Labradoodle loves a cuddle. Quiet residential area – no parties, or youngsters. B&B Wellness "De Bourgondische Lelie"

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

Everything within reach and yet experiencing the feeling of tranquility is absolutely applicable to this place.

It is the ideal base for exploring the city and the region. On the ground floor you will find one of the best and trendiest restaurants in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water. Volledig ingerichte vakantiewoning van 75m2 gelegen in een unieke tuin op het zuiden met veel privacy. Er is een overdekt terras van 20m2 aan de zijkant waardoor je er een tuinkamer bij hebt waar je heerlijk kunt zitten. Zelfs als het regent.
