Really great place. Very quiet and private on a really quiet road yet close to downtown and East Austin. Really enjoyed the location. Mike was a great host. Very responsive. I would highly recommend and will probably be back!

Had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Jessa and Blake’s guesthouse. Clean, cozy, cute space, and welcoming. Has everything you’ll need. Even though the address is on a busy road the guesthouse is very quiet. Easy parking on the side streets. Sheets and towels are good quality. The bed is VERY comfortable. Plenty of hangars for clothes. Air conditioning worked great. Water pressure was good. If you come back at night walkways are illuminated and a motion sensor light comes on. The neighborhood is one of Austin’s originals so if you like houses with character this is the spot. Grocery stores and places to eat within a ten minute drive. Would absolutely come back and stay at the guest house!

What an absolute gem of a place! I loved the artsy decor, and the little touches that made the place extra fun. Chair swing! Gorgeous tiled shower. And the lake/boardwalk just a 10 minute walk away made it perfect. I loved my stay and would return in a second!

Aaron's place is a hidden gem! perfectly nestled just outside downtown Austin. Just walking distance from a park, several restaurants and market. Plenty of parking and quiet neighborhood. Aaron and his family are lovely and more than accommodating. I appreciate their hospitality so much. I will definitely stay at Aaron's place whenever I find myself anywhere near Austin. This place was perfect. I was visiting my daughter who lives nearby but doesn't have room for me to stay with her. This hip little spot is in a residential neighborhood which was very quiet and cute. Lots of nearby yummy places to walk to.

Very much enjoyed our stay for my birthday weekend! Central location in a quiet neighborhood. Communication was great. Nice touch with local beer and snacks upon arrival. Bed was very comfy! Will definitely be back.

Our stay at Lisa’s place was wonderful! She was very flexible and responsive to reschedule our dates when we asked, and the space was clean and comfortable! The AC worked very well in the Texas heat and humidity as well.

Johnah's place was perfect for our quick stay, had everything we needed. It was cool and quiet. Looked just like photo's and the bathroom was beautiful! I'd definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience with Rachel! She communicated very well and instructions were clear. The bed was super comfortable with cotton/natural fiber bedding (really makes a difference!). We also appreciated the Brita pitcher in the fridge. AC worked well! Very quiet, peaceful and felt very safe. In walking distance to restaurants. Location was just 15 minutes from the airport. The studio unit was the perfect size for two people. The outdoor seating area is quiet and peaceful. It is very close to shops and restaurants and very close to Dripping Springs Ranch Park.

Everything I needed for a week stay, convenient and quiet location in a real neighborhood. Loved the balcony love seat for reading in the mornings!

We really enjoyed our stay. The highlight being spending time in the beautiful lap pool. Our instructions to access the place were clear and we had everything we needed. There was a great place to get coffee and breakfast right around the corner and we walked to dinner and events in downtown Austin. I would absolutely recommend this place to other travelers.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was peaceful, quiet and the guesthouse was beautiful. It was exactly what we needed for this part of our vacation. My husband and I were traveling with 3 of our kids ages 14, 19 & 20. The pullout bed was very easy to get to. There was coffee provided which was nice. There were plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. Communication was excellent. Jennifer responded very quickly to my request to check-in a little early and to a question I had at check-out. I highly recommend the Serenity Guesthouse. We would definitely stay again!

This stay hit all the marks. It’s in a great location with quick access to everything we wanted to do while also providing the peace and privacy you rarely get this close to Austin. We always felt welcomed coming/going by the hosts and hope to stay again in the future.

The home was spotless, private, and unique. The house was stocked with everything we needed - coffee, an iron(!), washer/dryer, and a spectacular view!
