This was absolutely one of the best Air bnb's we have ever stayed at. The location was amazing and right on the river. It was extremely clean and well stocked with all the things you might need. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have slept in at any Air bnb. They were very responsive with any of my questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again.

Dakota's apartment was an excellent stay. The view is absolutely amazing. The apartment itself is very elegant, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked for cooking and great coffee. The beds and living area furniture are very comfortable and a nice quality. The showers are also nice. The location of the apartment building is great and very walkable to restaurants and entertainment. The apartment building is nice, safe and efficient (as well as the valet parking). The front desk staff are friendly and will securely store luggage until check-in time. Note that the check-in staff seem to only rely on the host for details of the apartment, thankfully Dakota is very responsive. We look forward to staying here again!

The unit was clean and had everything we needed. I would suggest adding a full length mirror though. The rooftop pool was a nice amenity to have in the hot weather. It was within walking distance to Lady Bird Lake, the walking trail, Rainey St, 6th St and Congress St which was very convenient. You really didn’t need a car, but the valet parking was appreciated. My complaints would be the noise from the constant traffic on Route 35 and the bathroom floor gets very slippery with the moisture from the shower.

This Airbnb was incredible! The view of the Austin skyline from the living room absolutely lived up to the hype, sunsets and city lights felt like a postcard. The space was clean, stylish, and the amenities were just what we needed to relax between BBQ and adventures. Only recommendation? A bit more flexibility with check-in. A small crowd of tired travelers gathered like it was the VIP line to a concert, eager to settle in, but with nowhere to go until the clock struck 4:00 PM. That said, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for great location, skyline vibes, and access to all the cool stuff Austin has to offer.

Host is very friendly and responsive. Beautiful location with a cute swinging chair next to the river. Apartment is older than it looks in the pictures, but has a lot of character. Would rent again, it's adorable!

We had an amazing stay at Julie’s place! The listing was even better than we could have imagined! The location being just off South Congress was great as we were able to walk to sightsee and for a coffee/food. We mostly loved how the place was across from a local park and trail system- with two little kiddos this was a huge bonus not to mention Julie and all the things we needed for our kids, a tv with access to their favorite shows and a pack n play bed for our little one. We are grateful for our stay in her mom.

Solid Airbnb, had 15 of my friends for my bachelor trip and we all thought the space was super nice. One of the most well stocked airbnbs I’ve stayed at! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a solid airbnb for a lot of people!

Such an amazing Airbnb! Home was very clean and neat, everything was stocked. The view was amazing! Rita was able to provide us an early check in & late check out which was a plus! Will definitely book again in the future.

First time staying at Canyon Lake. There was a group of 11 adults in our party. Everyone had to share a room, but that is expected with a group that size. Scott's property was nice and close to the lake. The hot tub was really powerful and so fun to use. We ran out of trash bags on our stay and Scott was quick to replenish our supply once I told him. My friends and I would definitely stay again the next time we come back!

This house was such a great, quiet, house on the lake. Plenty of amenities available between Kayaks, Floats, and life jackets, to a fully furnished home. If you bring your boat to tie up to the dock, be sure to bring plenty of fenders. The dock is very nice, but being on Lake Austin (narrow river) there are many surfers passing close by. The lake level is near constant year round, but is a very active lake. Would come back here in a heartbeat!!

Overall great experience and the pictures of the property do no do it justice. SO CLEAN - and wonderful location. Our family had an amazing time. We switched from another Airbnb and this one blew it away.

Good host, quick to respond. House was clean and well stocked. River is easily the best part. Steep walk but concrete and steel stairwell make access easy. Ankle deep water to at most waste deep. Located at a v of a river. lot of area to hang out in. Lots of shady trees near the river edge. Might need to bring a tent if you plan you stay in one spot and not move ALL day due to the sun moving but can definitely get by on what’s there. It was a great time. Also a big porch hangout area with lots of space.

This vacation home was everything we wanted and more! My friends and I truly enjoyed every single thing. Will 100% book this again next year!

BLOWN AWAY. We are semi new to living in Texas and we were so nervous about our first staycation but Lindsay made our entire stay seamless! Our booking was easy, all of our questions were answered quickly, our changes were accommodated, and arriving / checking in was fool proof. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! The pictures and description are very accurate. Even better in person! Far enough to feel like you have your own private corner of the lake but close enough to attractions and shopping. This home fit our party of 8 comfortably. With plenty of beds, lounging areas, bathrooms, giant kitchen with multiple dinning areas! Also, still safe for kiddos considering the water. The deer LOVED coming by to be fed with the corn Lindsay so graciously left for us to feed them with. That was SO appreciated and definitely a highlight. We got to used the kayaks but weren’t brave enough to paddle to Devils Island (THIS TIME) Can’t wait to come back!!!

I recently enjoyed this stay, and it was everything I hoped for, relaxing, refreshing, and absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was inviting and peaceful. The building accommodations were spot on, and provided all the comforts of home with an added touch of luxury. I loved the bar (for drinks and coffee) downstairs. Friendly and attentive staff without being intrusive. Parking was by (24/7) valet or paid street parking only. I highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting the downtown Austin vibe.

Fell in love with this condo! Very cool building. Loved the concrete ceiling and decor and stylish finishings in this unit. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the river in both directions as well as the city skyline. You could see the bat bridge. Was very walkable to restaurants, bars and grocery store right around the corner. Rooftop pool was very nice and serene. Very well stocked had my favorite water and some fun drinks. Also had a curling iron which I very much appreciated with mine breaking in transit. They had everything covered in this place to make you feel comfortable. We really appreciate a well stocked airbnb. Also enjoyed some time kayaking the river. This condo made our Austin trip spectacular.

I enjoyed staying at this location. I would rent it again. There was a lot to do great View of the lake and surroundings. Overall, everything was great.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at David's home. The unit is exactly as advertised, and the proximity to the trail and river is even better than the photos show. We look forward to visiting Austin again and staying at David's home.
