This 2 bedroom 1 bath house was originally built in the 1940's in downtown Austin. We had it moved to our property a few years ago and have completely remodeled it. It sits on a 1 acre lot and now is walking distance to the new 45 toll road extension which has a hike and bike trail along side of it. This road is now complete and will make for a quicker commute into Austin. It takes approximately 20 min. to downtown Austin or 1 hour to downtown San Antonio.

Loved our stay at this beautiful quiet cabin! Hosts were very friendly even gifting us an anniversary surprise. I would recommend anyone to stay at this location. Close to Jacob’s Well, Old Baldy and downtown. We are already planning a return trip! Can’t say enough good things about this place!!

You can tell a lot of care and thought went into every detail. Roger was a fantastic host — warm, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. He made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. The location was peaceful yet perfectly convenient, making it easy to relax and explore. Honestly, we’d love to keep this little gem a secret, but it truly deserves all the praise. We can’t wait to come back!

Red Sky Ranch was an absolute dream! We stayed as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids under 5. We also got to bring along our dog as the place is pet friendly and she loved roaming around the property and exploring with us. The house is gorgeous, the property is peaceful and private, and everything was in tip top shape. Jeff was readily available for any questions and provided us with some wonderful restaurant and activity recommendations. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay, look no further!
