This spacious home is great for families or friends and EV car ready! The open layout is perfect for socializing, cooking (2 fridges), eating & playing together. The large fenced yard is great for kids and pets and has horseshoe pits, a net for volleyball or badminton, a fire pit, a hammock and large deck with a charcoal grill. The home backs up to Smith Creek and has a scenic view of the creek just below the backyard with lovely stone steps down to the water. We think you'll love this house!

Country Charm, Remodeled 1940's 2 bed 1 bath

This 2 bedroom 1 bath house was originally built in the 1940's in downtown Austin. We had it moved to our property a few years ago and have completely remodeled it. It sits on a 1 acre lot and now is walking distance to the new 45 toll road extension which has a hike and bike trail along side of it. This road is now complete and will make for a quicker commute into Austin. It takes approximately 20 min. to downtown Austin or 1 hour to downtown San Antonio.
