Villa vacation rentals in Hays County

We stayed here as a group of 8 college friends and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The space was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. There were plenty of beds and common areas for everyone to hang out, and the kitchen had everything we needed for meals and late-night snacks. The host was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. The location was also ideal—close to everything we wanted to see and do. We made some amazing memories here and would absolutely book again!

This meets all expectations, the place is the same as the pics, an incredible place to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city, the view is incredible. Extremely, clean and organized. You can find everything you need there. I personally loved the kitchen. But everything is perfect. I’ll definitely back

Wow! This is truly an amazing stay! The house is just as pictured and host is so attentive. Beautiful, clean and inviting. The landscaping and grounds are so peaceful and private . The goats and chickens are purely a bonus, not to mention the gorgeous pool outback . This is a must stay for Austin . I will be back !

We stayed here for an ATX bachelorette and loved it! About 20 minutes to downtown and easy to order Ubers to. We had 14 girls and the space was plenty big! Annette was super helpful with any questions we had and very quick to respond. Would so stay here again! ❤️

This house is absolutely beautiful and so unique. We felt comfortable immediately and Kimberley was a fantastic host. If we decide to go back to the area we will definitely try to stay there again.

Dani is an incredible host. she´s really accesible, even more than me!!! she answered immediately to all my messages, and I was the one that forgot to check them out. She made our family vacation a dream come true. Her house is huge, beautiful, in a perfect place, near the river, downtown, Congress Ave, restaurants, places to go, I-H 35, but at the same time, in a street where you'll find all the privacy in the world. When Dani understood that I was traveling with two small girls and a baby, she immediately offered everything that would make my stay easier. She lent me carseats, highchairs, toys, etc..... and inside the house, as she explained, my girls found everything they desired to play, swim, read, or just to have a resting time. The kitchen is state of art, huge place, with all you may dream that will need to cook, serve and eat whatever you cook. there´s simply no downer in this airbnb, or in this host...

Really cool place to stay. Tons of space. Great spot for a bachelor party. 15 minute drive to most of the places you’ll want to visit while in Austin.

Great home! We loved our stay here. The beds were super comfortable. The place was very spacious and we enjoyed the outdoor space. The location was awesome, a quick scooter to anywhere in the city. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The place was beautifully designed and would highly recommend — especially if you have a baby or child. It’s fully stocked with all the things you would need. Only thing to note is that while it’s not in the city center the street does get a decent amount of traffic so just be aware of that. Overall though, I’d definitely stay there again.

This place was so beautiful. Thanks to Anna I was able to have a beautiful proposal and weekend get away with my friends and family! Highly recommend this place if you want to enjoy your stay in Austin. Totally worth it! <3

My family had a wonderful stay at Amy’s. It was the cutest spot in her little French village. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful and the house was super clean. Being able to jump in the pool after being out for the day was an added bonus. Everything was beautiful, would definitely recommend staying here.

Love the whole set up of this little village in the hills. Was definable an experience. Amy was quickly responsive whenever messaged. The scenery was beautiful!

This was a very last minute reservation (day of) because of original reservation with another host being cancelled the morning of, Amy was able to help me with this within a matter of hours. It was extremely helpful with the chaotic situation that was happening. The place was gorgeous and was very private, it was like a boujie cabin, a pool right in front, a cute lane of 6 cottages total, places to eat were around 20-30 minute drive away it wasn’t too bad, very peaceful and quiet place. It is also a wedding venue which I learned while there. So it all made sense. But this spot was definitely a gorgeous one.

This was a very beautiful and peaceful place to stay while visiting New Braunfels! Amy was very kind and amazing! Would love to stay again!
