The apartment and location were just perfect for us. Great with play facilities for kids. The host was sweet and helpful. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures!! Britt is always available and absolutely nice and helpful. A small note to dog owners: the garden is super nice and my dog liked it very much there. However, it is not completely fenced. Currently, there are two places where dogs can escape, you should know that. We would/will always be happy to come back!

Very great, clean apartment in an idyllic location not far from an organic farm. For us, the location and the apartment with a crawling baby were also perfect, as there is plenty of space. Christian was very friendly & always answered my questions quickly. We felt very comfortable!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for activities! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look inside the stable. The new apartment was furnished with loving details.

Communication with the host was excellent – fast, friendly and helpful. Even with a small misunderstanding, they responded very courteously. That's what you want as a guest! We were very happy with the place. Everything was clean, stylishly decorated and nothing was missing. Even for our dog, there was a bowl and a treat. Upon entering the apartment, it smelled very pleasant, you immediately felt comfortable. Communication was great and quick. We are happy to recommend.

My girlfriends and I felt totally comfortable in the small extension. It is quiet and secluded and you are surrounded by nature. Nevertheless, you can quickly get to Lake Tegernsee or the small town and have many great activities. The apartment was clean and very well furnished. Uli is a reliable host and responds or informs quickly. We highly recommend it!

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool – in the rather bad weather, it was just the thing to still create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile crib, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. Due to the size of the sauna, several people can relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we couldn't really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

From check-in to check-out, everything worked out fine. Very friendly host who is easy to reach if you have any questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the accommodation, especially because of the good location.

we enjoyed the nice cottage. Everything was complete in a nice environment. The town on the water and the village with all the nice gardens and shops was very nice. In addition, you can hike in the mountains from the village and by bus you can, for example, go to the Wallbergbahn, where you can take the cable car to 1700 meters.

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and exquisitely furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was predicted. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the lots of wood. From Großweil you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got exactly that. A perfect place to stay in a lovely quiet suburb. The house was very large and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. We stayed here just before a long flight back home, and it was perfect to wind down and relax but within walking distance to public transport to explore the city. Nadia was a fantastic proactive host. Would highly recommend staying here.

Marius is a super accommodating landlord, is available for any questions and can be reached at short notice. The apartment is small but nice, exactly as described. Cleanliness is excellent and everything your heart desires is available. Parking is sufficiently available and restaurants are also within walking distance. A great place to stay...one of the most beautiful we've booked on Airbnb so far. Everything was great and everything you need was available. Internet connection could be a little better, but that wasn't so important to us. A great place to unplug. The bathroom is a dream. We can only recommend the property. Thank you. 😊

We felt completely comfortable with Franziska. The place was very clean and lovingly decorated. The location is simply fantastic – nature begins right outside the front door, ideal for walks, bike rides or a short run. Several lakes are also nearby and easily accessible. The kitchen is excellently equipped, so you can easily cook for yourself. There were four of us plus baby traveling and there was plenty of room – both indoors and outdoors. It was especially nice to have breakfast on the terrace in the morning and enjoy the tranquility. Thank you, Franziska, for the great time – we will be happy to come back!

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

The stay was indescribably beautiful. At breakfast overlooking the mountains and the golf course, we felt completely comfortable – almost like at home! Thanks to the pleasant communication, it was even possible for us to check out a little later, which was very convenient for me after participating in the ZUT. A very clear recommendation for anyone who wants to treat themselves to a visit to this oasis of well-being! In the end, I said to my girlfriend: “Shall we ask if we can extend for one night?” I think that says it all. ✌🏻🫶
