Just enjoy life in this quiet and centrally-located accommodation. The 54 m² apartment is located in the attic of our new terraced corner house. Bakery, Butcher and grocer nearby. The train station is about 5 minutes away by foot. Lake Schliersee in 5 minutes and Lake Tegernsee in 15 minutes by car. Ideal for hikers, cyclists, skiers and bikers. Own electric charging station available. We and our 2 cats live in the same house on the first floor and 2nd floor. Shared house entrance.

The apartment is located in a detached house on the outskirts of Au, a small extra district of the municipality of Bad Feilnbach with direct views of the Bavarian Alpine foothills. Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Welcome to the cozy Bergnest Hausham – a brand-new vacation rental for two to four people located between Lake Schliersee and Lake Tegernsee. It is located in the attic (3rd floor) of our family home, can be accessed via two flights of stairs and a private entrance, and has a beautiful, sunny west-facing balcony. The apartment consists of a large, bright room (kitchen, dining area, double bed, sofa bed) and a bathroom. Great for young families and couples.

For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)
