Bedroom with double bed (160x200cm), "children's room" with 3 bunk bed and separate single bed (all 90x200cm), as well as a high-quality sofa bed in the living room. The apartment also has two bathrooms (one with shower) and a large terrace with Weber grill and garden.

Inmitten von Wald und Wiesen liegt die kleine Wohnung mit eigenem Stellplatz und lädt zum entspannen und entdecken ein. Die kleine Küchenzeile ist mit einem Backofen, einem Induktionskochfeld, Spüle und mit kleinem Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Es gibt ein Bett mit 1,4 x 2,0m und eine Schlafcouch mit 1,8 x 1,9m. There are sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people - but it is ideal for 2-3 people. Our apartment (40 m²) is located in the Miesbach lake district. The apartment is ideal for discovering the numerous lakes, mountains and the nearby ski resorts. The local recreation area Schliersee is only 10 minutes away and Tegernsee 15 minutes. Here you can also be pampered in bad weather in the Vitaltherme/Schliersee and Seesauna/Tegensee. In 50 minutes you are in Munich, in 30 minutes in Rosenheim and Kufstein to enjoy art and culture. But you can also just relax.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.
