Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

also very helpful with many short-term changes and no problem to implement them. whether it's a spontaneous rebooking of the desired period, one more person and individual wishes for more "individual" sleepers than normal. I highly recommend the hostess!

Everyone was totally impressed with the place and we are already considering coming again next year. Stylish decor, enough space, great views, beautiful rooms and sauna and pool to cool off. Also for cooking, there was everything you wanted in terms of amenities. Are very satisfied! *****

We had a lovely stay in this cute and cozy apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was absolutely wonderful—kind, helpful, and quick to respond. The location was also perfect, just a short walk to the train station with easy access to the center of Munich. Highly recommended!

Katharina’s house was very nice and had everything we needed. There is someone living in an attached unit so we could hear them when we were in the kitchen/dining room area. We felt like we had to be super quiet when we were in there.

We had a great holiday here! You immediately feel at home and nothing is missing, everything is very clean and prepared with a lot of love, it doesn't get any better! The highlight is of course the large heated pool. The town of Rott was also the right starting point for us for many excursions in the area and you will find everything you need there as well as many nice restaurants. The apartment Südwind of Tina and family, is a wonderful, beautiful spot on earth. The view of the great peaks from the balcony, such as Alpspitze, Großer Waxenstein and Zugspitze is an absolute dream, 🤩 with a coffee in hand, the first rays of sunshine shining on the summit crosses, simply absolutely perfect. Tina and her husband are two kind-hearted friendly hosts and it is an absolutely recommendable stay with them ❤️ See you next year at the latest for ZUT2026🙌

Easy and fast check in. The premises were kept clean and modern. You felt right at home. You can reach almost all activities by car within 20-30 minutes. Our highlight was the hot tub in the evening :). Towards evening & night it is quiet although the accommodation is on the street. The 4 of us had a nice, fun and eventful week in Erding. Very nice apartment overlooking the lake. Parking available. In the kitchen, there was everything you needed in terms of kitchen utensils. The village shop and village cafe are a 2-minute walk away. Has now reopened with new owners. We would come back anytime.

The stay was really great. Everything we needed was there. The location is very nice and you feel right there. There is a special plus for the hot tub, which can be heated with wood. That was a great treat. The location to Lake Ammersee is very good, you should definitely be traveling by car.

This location was great for us as it was close to the town and friends/family we visited. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed including a washing machine. The bed was extremely comfortable and allowed us to be able to sleep really well. Thank you Bettina!
