Vacation rentals with a balcony in Harpeth River

Very great location! Far enough from late night rowdiness but close enough to enjoy everything. Fun things very close no driving needed. Location was also very well kept and would recommend to all thinking about it and would book again!

From the time we booked through our stay, Keri was extremely helpful and kind. The printed guide was filled with great recommendations and instructions were laid out clearly. Keri has thought of everything-from the coffee bar to the “oops I forgot” baskets. The property is in an ideal location-within a mile of most everything Nashville. We were in town for a concert at Nissan Stadium and walking back was an easy 30ish minute walk (much better option than waiting on a rideshare in the crowds). The beds and linens were clean and comfy and the layout of the property is nice for couples or families. It was great having a full kitchen and laundry appliances. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rick's place. The location was great for getting out and walking around Germantown. We explored the farmer's market which was just a short walk but it was still early in the season so not many vendors were there. We did have some excellent crepes and the plant and nursery area had lots to look at. Ate dinner at City House one night and had some really good pizza. The rooftop terraces were quite lovely and did afford a nice view of the city at night. Everything was very well appointed and the bed was comfortable. We didn't make use of the kitchen but it was fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare meals. Rick was a thoughtful and gracious host.

We had a great time this place was perfect location only a few blocks from The Ryman. The bed was super comfy the sheets were nice and soft and loved that there were different choices for pillows so you could pick soft or firm. They're we're great little places right across the street for coffee and doughnuts and if you're feeling wild there's also a tattoo place.

This is a beautiful, clean place to stay. Has a nice rooftop area with a firepit to hang out, as well as a fun area on the main floor with games to play. It has all the amenities and they've stocked it well. Great beds, linens etc. Everything is clean, clean, clean! Up to date and gorgeous! Be aware there are 3 floors (plus rooftop) and a lot of stairs, so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. One bedroom and full bathroom is located on the first floor, no stairs to access this, but the kitchen/living room is up 1 flight. Parking is a little tricky, but you can park on the street even though it may not seem so, it's done by many. And the driveway holds 1 vehicle near the front as well as the garage. There is also ping pong and karaoke in the garage. This is a very well appointed place to stay, would definitely recommend. These are hosts who care and it shows.

Wonderful accommodations! The hosts were so easy to communicate with and very kind! The house was furnished nicely and very comfortable. The bathrooms were nicely kept stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Great experience!

I give “Shawn’s Place” my highest recommendation! The location is ideal as it is within a 10 to 15 minute drive to almost anywhere I wanted to go. Also, to say the modern, sleek, interior design is exquisite is an understatement. It must be professionally decorated as it looks like a page out of a design magazine. This condo is very beautiful, spacious and had everything I needed to make coffee, tea, meals and cocktails. There are two identical condos side-by-side. I stayed in unit A on the left side. Each unit has 3.5 floors and four bedrooms plus two rooftop decks! These two condos sleep so many people. It would be ideal to rent both condos for a big group of friends and/or family! It’d be especially fun for a bachelorette or bachelor party! It is a short drive to all of the bars on the lively Broadway strip. When I pulled up to the condo, I was happy to see there is a garage with room for two cars. There is also a ping-pong table with ginger beer on top waiting for Shawn’s guests. I added some vodka and limes to my ginger beer in order to make a delicious mule! When I walked throughout the 3.5 floors of “Shawn’s Place,” it was obvious that Shawn cares about her future guests and had them in mind as she thought of what they might need. She went above and beyond to make sure we would not have to buy nor bring anything besides clothes. Shawn clearly knows that it’s in the little details that can make a vacation more pleasant. For every set of guests, she puts out a lovely welcome tray with all kinds of complimentary snacks, drinks, goodies and even a bottle of wine. She has also put together a thorough binder with both instructions for the condo and suggestions of things to do in Nashville. One night, I drove to Hattie B’s on Charlotte Pike which is close by to enjoy their famous hot chicken! Then another day I drove to the spacious Centennial Park which is also close to see The Parthenon, a tourist favorite. Shawn has stocked the kitchen with all of the essentials to make yummy meals and your drink of choice. She even made sure there are fresh coffee beans, sugar, and honey. There is a grocery store close by so I made steak and roasted veggies one night and sat outside on the rooftop deck right off the kitchen to enjoy the stars and lovely view. I stayed in the master bedroom which was such a treat! The deep tub and large shower are luxurious. There are three shower heads including an overhead rain shower and handheld body sprayer. The walk in closet in the master is enormous. Shawn has stocked all of the bathrooms throughout the house with shampoo, conditioner and body wash plus all of the closets have hangers. has made sure there are lots of extra fluffy towels and many soft blankets throughout the house. Thank you, Shawn, for your Southern hospitality! We had a wonderful vacation! I had so much fun, but also reveled in the relaxation that I needed. I’ll be back soon with a larger group and will rent both condos!

Excellent, exceptional!!! Exactly as shown, very beautiful and comfortable. Nice beds and plenty of room to spread out. This was a girls weekend and we were very happy with your place; wonderful location which allowed a true taste of what Nashville has to offer!! A short drive to the hustle and bustle of downtown, the Opry and not far from airport access while also enjoying beautiful walks and exploration of the quaint neighborhood!! We enjoyed local coffee, restaurants and little bars offering live music all within walking distance of our beautiful accommodations. A+ for responses from our host with a great sense of humor😂 Thank you so much for sharing your home with us, we had a great girls trip!!!!

My daughter and her cousins first experience in Nashville was amazing because of this Airbnb. We felt safe and they thought they were home homeowners after staying here for the weekend.. lol. Definitely would book this spacious home again.

We stayed here for a graduation. Very accessible to Vanderbilt campus! We loved the well-stocked amenities and welcome basket of snacks and everything was squeaky clean and beautiful when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again. Lauren and Jen have great recommendations and are super responsive!

Fantastic place! Wonderful hosts and a great place to be near all of the Broaway fun. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

Great spot for the solo traveler or couple. Location is convenient to all major attractions and the parking is a big plus. Hope to be back again

Definitely one of the coolest spots we have rented! Everything was as pictured and described, clean, organized and clear instructions for everything related to the condo and lots of things to do and try in Nashville! Broadway and Nissan stadium both easily walkable, lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance or a quick Uber as well. Well stocked and functional for our group, would definitely look at reserving it again on our next trip to Nashville!

Had a great stay. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing. Felt right at home from the first time we walked through the door. Only a short walk into Broadway which was ideal! Great hosts. We would 100% recommend.
