5 Stars - An Unforgettable Stay! I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Andrew and Rachel’s 1-bedroom Airbnb and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully curated to create a perfect home-away-from-home experience. The space itself was immaculate, stylish, and cozy. The tasteful decor exuded modern charm while maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere. I immediately felt at ease the moment I stepped inside. The bed was incredibly comfortable—seriously, I’ve never slept so soundly in an Airbnb! And the bathroom? It felt like a spa retreat with plush towels and high-end toiletries that made me feel pampered every day. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredible hospitality from Andrew and Rachel. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed! Thank you so much and I cannot wait to stay again!

The home was located in the heart of the 12th avenue district of Nashville. it was close to all the bars, shops, and restaurants. Although the home was walking distance, it was far enough away to escape the noise and have some privacy. The parking was an added bonus as this seems to be a premium anywhere around the 12th avenue district (during peak times). We were also very grateful to have a responsive host for recommendations, etc.

This carriage house is the best place to stay if visiting East Nashville OR if basing out of there to see all of Nashville! It's located above Molly's garage in an adorable neighborhood that's seamlessly flows into other historic neighborhoods. There are so many things close by, and Molly has great recommendations for local, walkable spots for food, etc. Getting in the car is easy if wanting to go into the city or other areas of Nashville, as well. Molly is a great host with excellent communication! The carriage house is designed with so many things in mind and the beds are quite comfortable. It is meticulously clean and we found parking to be very easy (& free) on nearby Scott Ave. If you like walkable neighborhoods, with timeless, bungalow charm, great coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and vintage clothing stores/unique home shops, this is the place for you! Greenery abounds in all directions, as well, and there wasn't an unfriendly person anywhere!

Since we weren't staying for long, it was perfect for our weekend getaway. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect for where we wanted to go. If you're staying for a short time, I highly recommend.

Great little place to stay for a couple looking to get away for the weekend! Very clean, very beautiful, nice shower, and the outside area is super cool. We will book again!

Greg was a very nice host. We had to unexpectedly stay another night, and he was kind enough to let us book it and add it to our current booking so that we did not have to pay additional fees.

Beautiful space, very clean when we got there and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. Close enough to walk to restaurants nearby. Away from the business of downtown yet still close enough to be a 5-10 minute drive depending on time of day and traffic. We were in town for a concert and this was exactly what we needed. Host was responsive and instructions were clear upon entry and leaving.

Stayed here for a long weekend getaway with my wife. We love the location (walked to 12th Street daily) and the apartment was the perfect size for what we needed. Highly recommend.

Exceptional private apartment above the detached garage. Listing pictures are accurate. Really nice layout with anything you could need. The feel and craftsmanship of the entire place can be seen and felt, the kitchen and bathroom are exceptionally well done. The provided oscillating fan and Dyson vacuum were nice to be able to use as well. Beautiful neighborhood with charming homes, felt completely safe and was very quiet. If you’re driving anything larger than a midsize SUV, you will need to park in the front of the hosts home, the provided parking in the rear at the garage is a bit tight.

Colin was such a great host. He gave us so many great recommendations, as if we had our very own travel agent. The home was in a perfect location, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown and Broadway, but close and walkable to some great, low key finds for music, drinks and fabulous food. we highly recommend this stay!

This was a fantastic AirBnB. If anything, the pictures don't do it justice. It's very comfortable. Three smart TVs, so everyone can watch what they want. The best thing was that it was only a couple blocks away from a beautiful shopping/dining area on 12th Street, which was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Tamara’s place was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Everything was spotless, you could tell the space was cleaned with care and attention to detail. The vibe was warm, cozy, and welcoming, and I immediately felt at ease the moment I arrived. The decor was adorable, the bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities were exactly as described (if not better!). 🥹🤍

We loved our stay here! It was such a quiet place, but so close to Broadway. Lyft was easily accessible, and we would love to come back!

Stephanie‘s place was perfect! What a great location, walkable things to do in the neighborhood and walkable to Broadway and all the action of Nashville. The house was incredibly comfortable and in perfect order when we arrived. Stephanie provided great information not only on the house but on recommendations for places to eat and things to see. We are familiar with Nashville , but it’s always good to get someone else’s point of view. It was really perfect and I hope we make it back soon. Thanks for everything, Stephanie !

Chad and Jon’s place was perfect. Super clean and comfortable spacious home away from home. Everything we needed was already available. Location was quiet, yet few blocks away for groceries, food, shops. Very easy drive or bus trip to downtown. Easy access to airport and drive to the gorgeous green parks and gardens.

We had a wonderful time in East Nashville. The accommodations were perfect. Everything was spotless and we felt immediately at home. We anticipated driving around the city a bit, but were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. The apartment location allowed us to enjoy top notch restaurants, music venues, and cultural events on foot! The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was was sparkling. I couldn’t imagine a nicer spot to be. Highly recommend!

Kyle and Renay's home was lovely and had all the comforts of home. It was located close to a number of things to do and see. Kyle and Renay were very easy to contact with questions and gave us very helpful information on how to navigate the city. We would definitely seek "The Birdhouse" out again when in Nashville!

Laura’s accommodations were beautifully decorated with antique pieces which created an elevated experience comparable to any historic hotel or bed and breakfast without the hustle and bustle. The grounds surrounding the apartment were landscaped beautifully. Waking up to look out on the small patio outside the bedroom and get a glimpse of the pool in the wooded and green landscape was so peaceful. This location is convenient to amenities of Nashville and close enough for an enjoyable ride to nearby Franklin for antique shopping. What a great weekend we had and so lucky to find this hidden gem for future weekend getaways. Loved it! Thank you so much!

John’s place was exactly what we needed! It was a beautiful space; close to so many wonderful places. And it was spotless. Love our visit to Nashville and enjoyed our time at this Air BnB. Highly recommend it and look forward to staying here next time in Nashville!!!

Judy/Mike's AirBnB was wonderful. Judy was very attentive. The place itself was clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is ideal as it is near Vanderbilt and Belmont. Short drive to downtown and walkable, if you choose. No issues with parking. We would stay there again and would highly recommend.

this is a very clean lovely place very close to all the shops and restaurants that 12 south has to offer. The cottage is exactly as described with a very comfy bed and a surprisingly comfy sofa bed. The bathroom is well stocked and the place has good storage for clothes and suitcases. We would up taking a ton of ubers as the bus service in the area was spotty at best. The unit does have a parking spot but i didn’t want to rent a car. In hindsight i would probably rent a car if i returned. The entrance to the unit is tricky to find if you are coming by uber. Best to enter 2088 12th ave as it’s much closer to the cottage than is the actual address.
