Vacation rentals in Franklin

We were in Franklin for our fighters wedding. This was the perfect location! The house was both beautiful and in a peaceful setting!

Enjoyed our stay at Rebekah's. Spent 5 days there and enjoyed seeing the Franklin area. Three days would be plenty to see the town and surrounding area. We spent 2 days visiting attractions outside of Franklin (Uncle Nearest Distillery in Shelbyville, Grand Ol Opry/Nashville and Leiper's Fork. Easy access to the freeways. While about a mile from downtown Franklin, we drove due to the traffic but found parking easily in Franklin at this time of year (late April - early May). The traffic in the greater Nashville area is very very heavy during rush hour, so if you are going to use this as a base to see Nashville or Murfreesborrow, plan accordingly. Nothing but great things to say about Rebekah's place. It was just as advertised and the perfect spot for us. I'm a coffee lover, check out Mr. Art's Coffee which is 2-3 minute drive away.

An absolute killer deal and a wonderful stay for us as we move across the country! The house was lovely and so comfortable, and had everything we needed to make our stay awesome. My kids loved the backyard while my poor back LOVED an AirBNB with comfortable mattresses! Matthew was very responsive and despite staying in the home in the backyard and working an opposite schedule than ours, we never even saw him, let alone were disturbed by him. I highly recommend this location and staying with Matthew when in the area. He even left some games out for my kids- so thoughtful! Thank you so much for some much needed relaxation!

We enjoyed our stay at Troy’s place. The house was nicely decorated and more than spacious for the two of us. We loved the setting. Even though we were a few minutes from all of the action, it felt like we were in the countryside. The place is as described: clean and welcoming. We appreciated finding extra paper products, washing and cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers, foil, wraps and all kinds of seasonings, olive oil, vinegar etc.. that one doesn’t usually find in other Airbnb places. That extra touch from the hosts was most welcomed and appreciated. Since we have family in Franklin we will be visiting again and will definitely consider staying at Troy’s place if it’s available.

The host was extremely nice, and super helpful. The tiny home was beautiful and clean it was perfect for our 2 night get away.

Perfect location for us, great house all refurbed by Butch himself and it was so homely and peaceful, thank you we hope to return again.

Great place to stay for a quick girls trip to Nashville. There was so much to do around the area and getting place to place was so easy. We will definitely be staying there again.

This place was perfectly located to Broadway and multiple restaurants. My tons and I really enjoyed the coffee bar and outdoor seating offered. Will definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

My friend and I had a great stay! The location itself is a whole experience being that it holds so much history there. The rooms had all one’s basic necessities. It was just what we were looking for! I highly recommend

I enjoyed my stay and it met my expectations for a quiet, safe , and non-smoking place in downtown Nashville. The campus grounds and buildings were more attractive than the photos conveyed. The check in instructions were accompanied by map and photo for identifying parking and building location and I was able to find my room with no problems.

Perfect location for a Nashville stay. Clean and accommodating (fridge, microwave, toiletries, etc.) easy to access and great parking.

Our stay at Hillside was great! We were in town for a concert, looking for somewhere to stay on a budget, and found Hillside. When we arrived, Angel, the woman at the front desk, was incredibly friendly and helpful and set the tone for our stay. The room was exactly as advertised in the photos: clean and secure. We felt very comfortable and safe at Hillside. Our only complaint was that the walls were thin, and we could hear every time someone walked by outside, but even still, we will stay here again.

Danielle was such a great host! We felt like we were meeting an old family friend for a week long getaway. Excellent location and beautiful carriage house, well appointed. Very peaceful and safe surrounding neighborhood. Danielle was always responsive and lovely and full of great local recommendations for food/coffee, etc. Will return!

Really clean place and in the perfect geo-location to travel to most major places in Tennessee, in a day. Local food was great and in close proximity.

The perfect setting for rest and relaxation. Breathtaking property, peaceful views, cozy accommodations with comfortable bed and all the amenities— kitchen, wi-fi, etc. Attentive and friendly host and staff. We were able to tour the recording studio too. Wonderful stay!

Beautiful home and stunning pool area, in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Very convenient to downtown Franklin. Matt and Krystal were wonderful hosts. It was a short trip, without much free time so it was nice to have a variety of snacks, coffee, and water available to us. We will stay there again! Thanks Matt and Krystal.

Loved staying at Gratidude ranch! So fun, peaceful, and beautiful. Super comfy bed and lots to eat and do within a short drive! We’ll be back for sure! Thank you guys for such a special time 💗🙏
