We had a lovely stay. Beautiful Georgian and house with lots of character. Beautiful light and airy and and extremely cosy in the evenings. It was in a brilliant location, a 2 minute walk from town and the local harbour. Some great places to eat and lovely pubs. It is within driving distance of various lovely walks and there is a walk nearby by the Solent, with plenty of wildlife. We had a brilliant week and would definitely return. William was a fantastic host, always contactable for any questions.

The house is excellent. Great location, walking distance to Ryde High Street with a vast variety of coffee shops, restaurants and pubs right on your doorstep. The place has private parking, which in Ryde is rare, walking distance to the water, and simply an enjoyable place to stay - I highly recommend it.

If you’ve got a few days on the Isle of Wight this is a great location in centre of Cowes, easily walkable to great restaurants etc, but also as a launchpad for seeing more of the island. We had a great time there as an extended family…the place suits bigger groups. Enjoy!

Great place to stay for us, family of 4 including 2 late teens. All the tech bits ticked and 2 bathrooms. Lovely cosy little home, and extremely well planned accommodation meant everything we needed and more was available. We were on foot and used buses/ walked to see the sights around the island and found public transport surprisingly good and reliable. We would stay here again!

Great property, very central and well equipped. Having the 2 digitally registered parking permits was brilliant because of the challenge of parking in Winchester. Felt right at home and had a wonderful weekend with the family as very easy to walk to the sights, pubs and restaurants.

This is our second time staying in this property. We feel like we are at home. Everything is perfectly fine. Great location, walkable to town and very close to the railway station. Moreover, Phillips is one of the best host. He is very friendly and always kind. His response is fast. We are very grateful for his kindness. Thank you Phil for hosting us again!

Excellent, supremely well-appointed cottage that, a bit like Doctor Who's Tardis, is far bigger inside than it looks from the outside. A short walk from the town centre it's an superb place to stay and makes a great base to sample all the delights that Chichester and the surrounding area has to offer. Chris himself was there to meet us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. The interior is outstanding with antique items, books and games in the living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms and bathroom are also of the highest quality. An added bonus is the small but delightful back garden. I have no qualms in wholeheartedly recommending this property.

What a beautiful house! We booked Lynn’s house for a much needed girls weekend away and it was perfect. It’s conveniently close to Goodwood, a short walk into town and a short drive to the Witterings. Most used phrase over the weekend … “I love this house”. This is a home away from home; not only is the decor dreamy, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need, bedrooms are lovely, beds and pillows extremely comfortable and the whole house was immaculate. We would absolutely love to stay again!! Thank you Lynn x

A super place. My friend and I enjoyed a bedroom each. The beds were very comfy. Lovely to be so near the canal and the town. The place was spotless. We had a super 3 night stay and hope to return.

Perfect place to stay for a shirt-term break. Ours was not normal season but all the same plenty to do. Property was very central and incredibly comfortable

We have just had a fantastic week staying at Rachel's house. We had planned spending all week in and around Bournemouth town center and beaches, until we realised how much Westbourne itself had to offer and how central the house was to it all. There are so many fantastic little eateries, we had breakfasts in 44 Bamboo, Circo Lounge and Moka Pot and evening meals at Romanzo, Renoufs, the Westbourne and the Lazy Fox. We walked down as many Chines as we could, the prom was beautiful in the day and night too. Out and about we visited Weymouth, Durdle Door, Christchurch, Swanage & Sandbanks. We could have stayed another week and still not done everything we wanted. The house was spotless and very comfortable, there were lots of little extra touches, including a welcome basket from the local Deli, an informative welcome booklet, beach and board games. Rachel's communication was excellent, making our stay very special. Would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

This is a really beautiful little spot in the heart of East Cowes - with some lovely outlooks onto the harbour with all the yachts. We also had excellent access to the 'floating bridge' which could take our car across the harbour very quickly. It has a lovely upstairs area which is very comfortable with excellent kitchen facilities. It was also good to have a dedicated car space. Thank you for a lovely stay in this historic setting.

If we could give Rachel and this property 6* we would! The home is in a great location, gorgeous and exactly as it looks in the pictures, if not better - it’s decorated beautifully and was absolutely spotless. Rachel went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, and was highly communicative and responsive. Can’t wait to stay again!

A great location for exploring Southsea and the surrounding area. Easy to find, and the host kindly arranged parking for us. House was clean and tidy, and has great amenities.

The house is tastefully decorated and has all you need for a home away from home. Location is great to be able to walk into Cowes and explore everything it has to offer, close by to supermarkets for convenience too. Having the dedicated car space took the stress away from being unfamiliar with the area.

A great location, easily walkable to Southsea Common, hovercraft and Gunwharf Quays. This property is unusual in this area in that it has dedicated parking spaces outside the house. My friends and I loved the layout set over several floors. Every room was spotless and the amenities were as described. We used the outside seating in the private courtyard a lot and the little personal touches, including a birthday card, were appreciated. Any questions were answered by Nicola very quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Me and a couple other friends stayed at Helen's place for 2 nights, and I must say the overall experience and Helen's hospitality was top notch! The house was clean and well looked after. The only caveat is that the address provided was showing a different location on Google Maps, so we had to ask around a little before we found the place. Hopefully an easy fix though.

Great location comfortable nice little enclosed garden with covered decking and lawn. Maritime theme not overstated!
