Hotel vacation rentals in Hampshire

This was a perfect find. Such a gorgeous b&b. I wish we had more time to spend there. But we were in and out for a party. The breakfast was lovely and just what we needed. Our room was lovely real shabby chic. They even provided an iron. I will definitely be coming back. We enjoyed a beach front walk to Portsmouth to gunwharf.

Could do with an absorbant bath mat or towel, complimentary breakfast was very nice but not advertised on their air bnb page. Helen Hart

Great stay , i will stay again.

The room was very comfortable and the design of the place very modern (it's won an award!). There was a problem in that the AirBnB listing said the room rate included 2 x Full English Breakfast but they now only do a 'grab bag'. However, because of the mistake, the manager kindly applied some discount to the evening meal that we had in the 'on-site' restaurant where we eat that evening with two guests. The food was lovely and we'd recommend both staying there and eating in the in-house restuarant. The food and wine were excellent.

It was a lovely place to stay and the perfect place for the Southampton marathon weekend!

An excellent short stay. I was called on the day of arrival, to proactively help me check in, and the room was comfortable, very clean, and totally as described. Great location and very walkable. I could not find a fault, and would definitely stay again

Beautiful room, quiet, and stunning surroundings! I stayed in one of their garden rooms, which was so peaceful, with its own outside area. Perfect for sunny days, looking over the water. Watched the heron fly over the water and perch in a tree, through breakfast. Lovely experience thank-you!

We really enjoyed our stay the whole hotel was kept very clean and smelled very nice with relaxing views very peaceful area, the rooms were stunning with extremely comfortable bed and pillows and water provided. We found all staff helpful specially Vinash, Matthew and Hannah these 3 stuff went the extra mile to find us everything we needed and make our stay extra special. Thank you see you soon

Looking for a night away and this was perfect for us - lovely location, we had a ground floor garden room. Had lunch in the bar area and all was very nice and staff were so attentive and could not do enough! Would stay again

The staff from check in where friendly polite and very professional. They made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. Checked in was able to be earlier than anticipated and was straightforward. The accommodation was well maintained beautifully located and well worth the money could not find a thing to complain about. The hotel had thought of everything and did not disappoint. Look forward to our next stay now we have found a little gem

I came for a quick winter break with my son and we had a fantastic stay. The annexe had everything we needed. There were lots of games to keep us busy in the evening & smart TV was easy to use. There was wine and chocolates which were appreciated and everything we needed in the kitchen. The bed was really comfortable too- had a great sleep! The Wi-Fi is also really good here- I did have to work there for a few hours and it managed just fine which was a relief. We also loved the location, the annexe is on a quiet farm, when we were relaxing in the hot tub, all we could hear was nature and wildlife. In terms of the surrounding area we went to the Queen Elizabeth country park to walk the trails there, the trails were really well marked- this place is also great for bikes. Overall we had a great time with the highlights being the hot tub and quiet location. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Lovely place to stay, very private and secluded. Outside bath was lovely and toasty. Outside sitting area was nice with a friendly cat joining us. The lodge itself was cozy and had everything you needed. Was perfect for a nights getaway escape.

Outstanding place, really friendly and helpful host. Only 2 minutes walk to beautiful beach and restaurant. Perfect for relaxing weekend away by the sea

My room was very comfortable and had a lovely view across Southsea Common towards the Isle of Wight. The bed was really comfortable and I had everything I needed in the room which was very clean & tidy on arrival. It was surprisingly quiet at top of a huge pub! The relatively low price compared to other local Airbnbs reflects the separate bathrooms (2) just across from the room & shared kitchenette (well equipped). I was in Southsea for a school reunion and the accommodation was perfect for my needs. Parking was easy to find (unusual in Portsmouth) and free after 6 pm. The location is great, just a few minutes from Southsea Castle, The Promenade & Palmerston Road restaurants. The only slight problem was the number of stairs to the very top of the building, it felt a very long way up carrying a suitcase. It was good exercise but could be an issue if you're unfit.

John is a fantastic, friendly host and his place is beautiful and in a great location. He helped us with suggestions, local tips, and rides to/from Goodwood (though it's also possible to walk). Easy off-street parking. What you'd hope for in an Airbnb!
