The house is located in the middle of the beautiful water district of Lüneburg with the Stint and the old crane, the mecca for restaurants and bars. The Brausebrücke [pedestrian bridge] around the corner takes you directly into the city and offers great photo opportunities. Quietly located, you can see from the window the original filming locations of the well-known soap opera "Rote Rosen"... maybe the camera is running right now. On foot you are in five minutes at the train station, at the town hall, on the Sande or directly in the relevant shopping streets of the city.

Large, spacious townhouse on three floors, with great views of the garden and relaxed tranquility for relaxation. There are 4 large single rooms. These could be extended to accommodate up to 8 people, for an additional fee. We would discuss this individually based on the number of guests. You are south of Hamburg (Seevetal district), and you can reach the harbor in about 20 minutes (by car). Public transportation is also within walking distance. All the major supermarkets/drugstores are also within walking distance.

There are four of us living here as a family, and everything is fully furnished accordingly. Access to the city is very good, by S-Bahn (10 min walk/bus, then 20 min S-Bahn) or by car. Also close to the countryside, the Doven-Elbe, various lakes, Saxon Forest, etc. Good for cycling and walking.

You only need 20 minutes to get to the center of Hamburg. Parking is available in front of the house. Lots of sports facilities, great restaurants, pubs...

Take the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and entertainment. The third bedroom is a children's room with lots of toys. There is also a large and cozy living & dining area as well as a small garden for barbecues and a playground. The townhouse is ideally located for a trip to Hamburg. In 15 minutes you can reach Altona by car, in 10 minutes the Elbe beach and in 30 minutes the HafenCity. There are 2 parking spaces right outside the front door

Hamburg Elbstrand

Dear guests, The property to be rented is located in the second row on the Elbchaussee. You can share the garden (large trampoline with basketball hoop). The Himmelsleiter and thus the stairs to the Elbe beach are a 2-minute walk away. There you can enjoy a coffee in the Strandperle or the Ahoi and eat a little something. Internet is available and may be used. Shopping (bakery, butcher) can be found within walking distance of 5-10 minutes in Liebermannstrasse.

At home between the horizons

The large, modern and very bright terraced house in Hamburg's "front garden" is reminiscent of a Scandinavian beach house and invites you to linger. Both coasts (Baltic and North Sea) with their beautiful beaches are 1 hour drive away. The nature reserve with a large playground, a super large new skate park and the Holstentherme are within walking distance. The A7 can be reached in 5 minutes. The airport north of Hamburg can be reached in 25 minutes.

Vacation home Ahrensmoor

We have been renting out our second semi-detached house privately as a vacation home since November 2019. The cottage is located in the beautiful Ahrensmoor in the municipality of Harsefeld, just outside Hamburg and the Altes Land. The property is surrounded by a willow fence that starts at the partitions on the terrace and runs around the entire garden. This allows your dog to move freely. The fence can also be switched on or off on request.

The light-flooded end-of-row house is reminiscent of Scandinavian architecture with its larch wood facade. Embedded in spacious green spaces, this small oasis is located just a few minutes' drive outside the vibrant center of Hamburg. The furnishings are high quality and with a lot of love for detail, the feel-good atmosphere offers perfect conditions for a successful and varied Hamburg stay.

My little cottage is flooded with light, lovingly furnished and invites you to feel good. Supermarkets are within walking distance about 10 minutes and there is also a shopping center. The bus is 200 meters away and takes you directly to the train station (900m). The train goes directly to the city and to the main train station ( about 20 min drive time).

Our vacation home is located approx. 2 km west of downtown Lüneburg in a quiet residential area. There is a parking space right in front of the house, as well as an 11 kW wallbox with a type 2 plug. Behind the house there is a sunny garden. The house is a middle terraced house and is rented exclusively as a vacation home.
