Large, spacious townhouse on three floors, with great views of the garden and relaxed tranquility for relaxation. There are 4 large single rooms. These could be extended to accommodate up to 8 people, for an additional fee. We would discuss this individually based on the number of guests. You are south of Hamburg (Seevetal district), and you can reach the harbor in about 20 minutes (by car). Public transportation is also within walking distance. All the major supermarkets/drugstores are also within walking distance.

Das Haus liegt mitten im wunderschönen Wasserviertel von Lüneburg mit dem Stint und dem alten Kran, dem Mekka für Restaurants und Bars. Die Brausebrücke um die Ecke führt Dich direkt in die Stadt und bietet tolle Fotomotive. Ruhig gelegen, blickst Du vom Fenster aus auf original Drehorte der bekannten Telenovela "Rote Rosen"... vielleicht läuft ja die Kamera gerade. Zu Fuß bist Du in fünf Minuten am Bahnhof, am Rathaus, auf dem Sande oder direkt in den einschlägigen Einkaufsmeilen der Stadt.

Beide Küsten (Ost- und Nordsee) sind mit ihren traumhaften Stränden 1 Autostunde entfernt. Das Naturschutzgebiet mit einem großen Spielplatz,einem supergroßem neuem Skaterpark sowie die Holstentherme sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die A7 erreicht ihr in 5 Minuten. Den nördlich Hamburgs gelegenen Flughafen erreicht ihr in 25 Minuten .

There are four of us living here as a family, and everything is fully furnished accordingly. Access to the city is very good, by S-Bahn (10 min walk/bus, then 20 min S-Bahn) or by car. Also close to the countryside, the Doven-Elbe, various lakes, Saxon Forest, etc. Good for cycling and walking.

Außerdem ist ein großer und gemütlicher Wohn & Essbereich vorhanden sowie ein kleiner Garten zum Grillen und ein Spielplatz. Das Reihenhaus ist ideal gelegen für einen Ausflug nach Hamburg, in 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Altona, in 10 Minuten am Elbstrand und 30 min zur Hafencity. Es gibt 2 Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustür

Hamburg Elbstrand

Dear guests, The property to be rented is located in the second row on the Elbchaussee. You can share the garden (large trampoline with basketball hoop). The Himmelsleiter and thus the stairs to the Elbe beach are a 2-minute walk away. There you can enjoy a coffee in the Strandperle or the Ahoi and eat a little something. Internet is available and may be used. Shopping (bakery, butcher) can be found within walking distance of 5-10 minutes in Liebermannstrasse.

Vacation home Ahrensmoor

We have been renting out our second semi-detached house privately as a vacation home since November 2019. The cottage is located in the beautiful Ahrensmoor in the municipality of Harsefeld, just outside Hamburg and the Altes Land. The property is surrounded by a willow fence that starts at the partitions on the terrace and runs around the entire garden. This allows your dog to move freely. The fence can also be switched on or off on request.

Charming cottage to feel good

My little cottage is flooded with light, lovingly furnished and invites you to feel good. Supermarkets are within walking distance about 10 minutes and there is also a shopping center. The bus is 200 meters away and takes you directly to the train station (900m). The train goes directly to the city and to the main train station ( about 20 min drive time).

Ferienhaus Meinekenhop

Unser Ferienhaus liegt ca. 2 Km westlich der Lüneburger Innenstadt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Einen Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor dem Haus, ebenso eine 11-KW-Wallbox mit Typ-2-Stecker. Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen sonnigen Garten. Das Haus ist ein Mittel-Reihenhaus und wird ausschliesslich als Ferienhaus vermietet.

Es handelt sich um ein geräumiges und ruhiges Reihenhaus mit vier Schlafzimmer auf drei Ebenen mit ca. 125qm. Eine Terrasse mit Garten sowie Parkplätze sind vorhanden. In unmittelbarer Gehweite befinden sich ein Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke, Bank, Imbiss, Restaurants, Bushaltestelle.
