Welcome to 6 Toms Yard! It’s a self contained one bedroom flat with a private bathroom on the ground floor of our home. There is a private outdoor patio with bistro table and chairs and free off road parking. 20 minute walk into the centre of St.Ives and 10 minute walk to the coastal path. There is unlimited free WIFi and smart TV. The kitchen there is a double hob and everything else you’ll need. At night enjoy a king size bed with super comfy Eve mattress. This is a beautiful one bed flat at the top of St. Ives with its own parking space (suitable for cars no vans) You can walk into the town centre within 15 min and the walk to the beach within 20 min (1 mile to town centre). Beautiful coastal walks across the road out to Hellesveor point which can lead out to Zennor or into St. Ives. Our home is situated on a private road with only a handful of neighbours.This property is at the top of St.Ives valley. It is 1 mile to the town centre.

Lovely private annexe, close to the beach

Check in: 4pm, Check out: 10am. Kerensa is a lovely private annexe, in the heart of Carbis Bay, minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Kerensa is located on a peaceful, residential road and guests have sole use of the purpose built annexe, with private access, small garden patio and a designated driveway for parking one car. Owners, Karen and Brian, will happily provide suggestions for places to visit and dine, directions and help with any queries.
