Simonetta's house is very welcoming, clean and tidy. It is in a quiet area, where there is still a small shopping center and the bus stop. We had a great time at this Airbnb ☺️

From the start Daniela was very friendly, helpful and an amazing host. Her apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. A great location for Marco Simone Golf Club and only a short uber ride away from central Rome. Highly recommend.

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

Firstly, the host was super accommodating and I really appreciated that. The property is in a quiet location, and was ideal to explore less touristic (but more authentic) surroundings with a car or explore beautiful Gerano on foot. Worked there for 1 week - internet was good and stable. Property was clean, bed was comfy, we didnt miss anything, there was nothing we didnt like. All was great!

I would recommend staying. It is a quick walk into Tivoli where there a lots of lovely Restaurants, Gardens & Walks

We really enjoyed our stay at David's home. It was centrally located to our planned activities and pretty private. A few things came up but the hosts were very responsive. All in all, we had a wonderful stay!

Silvia and her parents was really nice to us - and we got a Selfmade cake from a real Italien grandmother! we were rly sad about the short time (2 days) in poli, because there is so much to see. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Comfortable, practical, very clean. Top condominium, everything perfect! Full kitchen, with many breakfast items. Private parking, with security. The host Andrea is very kind and attentive. We can recommend this space with great conviction! Grazie per tutti!!!

Just out of Tivoli is the magical town of Tivoli, and in the ancient walls is an exceptional apartment. Private, secure, serene, and spotlessly clean it has a spacious main bedroom with magnificent views. A complete living area, well equipped kitchen, cosy second bedroom, washing machine. Everything is ordered and immaculate. Outside a private patio looking out over the Aniene River valley, about 100 m deep. No traffic, so quiet. An easy walk to the train station to go into Rome but during our three weeks stay we only went once, there is so much in Tivoli. Our hosts Armando and Alessandra went well above and beyond to ensure our stay was well catered for. That personal stay wins out every time.

Chiara's place was excellent, it was as described in the listing. Super comfortable stay. Although it has buses nearby, it is a bit far from downtown Rome. Regardless, we would return to Rome and stay with Chiara. Thank you!

Great stay. The apartment was better than expected. Clear instructions from the parking garage to the building door. It was much appreciated.

we had a lot of problems with public transportation. To get from Rome to the house you have to take the subway, transfer and then take a bus to get to the house and those buses only work until 10 pm. One day we arrived without knowing this information on the last subway and we were left not knowing what to do there outside the subway at 11.30 PM. There was no one. We walked to see if we could find a taxi or Uber and nothing. Everyone canceled the service. No one to ask. A man from a restaurant did us the favor of taking us and leaving us nearby because it is 3 km on foot and it is going up a hill. At night it's complicated and worrisome. If you have to leave after 10 pm, from the airport only Uber or taxi and it's very expensive because it's on the outskirts of the city of Rome. At night there is bus transport to get to the subway until 9.30 pm. And the subway is only until 11.00 PM. The last route doesn't run every hour as the host told us, and if the subway closes for any reason, you have to ask for an Uber

Carmela very kindly welcomed us. The apartment is very spacious, we felt right at home If you have a car, you can be in the center of Rome in 20 minutes It has a shopping center nearby for everything you need We would definitely come back Thank you !!

The accommodation offered is exactly the same as in the photos, even better, very clean and extremely peaceful, a real haven of peace. We loved our stay in Tivoli, a cute little town. We were able to easily find restaurants that offer gluten-free cuisine as well as a bakery. The host gave us some addresses. I thank the host for his welcome, these tips and these little addresses. 🥰 It was a real pleasure to stay at your place.

Having the car, we stayed in Tivoli Terme to visit Rome, and it was a great choice. Micaela advised us to leave the car in Rebibbia and from there we moved into Rome. The accommodation is comfortable, clean and in a very quiet setting. It fully meets the expectations of photos and description. Highly recommended.

If I could give 6 stars, I absolutely would! Loredana & Renato were truly exceptional hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome — giving us a warm check-in, showing us around the apartment, and sharing plenty of helpful tips to get around Rome like a local. Their hospitality and kindness made a real difference in our stay. The apartment itself is a gem — cozy, thoughtfully designed, and beautifully decorated with an eye for detail. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, from a well-equipped kitchen to smart layout and calming colors that make you feel instantly at home. The location is just perfect — in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with a metro station only 7 minutes walk away. Within 20 minutes, you're standing right in front of the Colosseum! Many other iconic attractions are also easily reachable, making it a great base to explore Rome. We had a wonderful experience and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend this place.

Daniela was very helpful with all our requests. Me, my wife and 2 of our friends stayed 4 days, we immediately felt right at home, Daniela welcomed us in person, fully meeting our expectations. There are family restaurants and a supermarket in the area. For transfers, we used the bus and metro without any problems. There is a dedicated parking space in the courtyard. Recommended.

I would recommend this place because it's spacious . The outdoor courtyards are relaxing, the indoor spaces are large and comfortable, there are two full bathrooms, everything you need to prepare meals, in short, everything is perfect!

A remote neighborhood of Rome, the neighborhood is lively but quiet. Everything is within reach, shops, restaurants, bars. For transport, I, who am apprehensive about the metro, used it systematically with great ease. The station is minutes from the apartment to reach all the neighborhoods to visit in Rome. Great place to stay next to golf course. Flat was clean, comfy and hosts were great.

It was more than I expected! Cecilia is very kind, even we did not met personally. We came very early because of flight changed, we was welcomed and brought our luggage about 4 hours before the accomodation time and went to walk in the city. The plase was clean, very comfortable and bigger than expected, with everything set for our vacation. Our favourite place was the huge balcony with shade at the afternoon when it was really Hot outside— our favourite place to chill after walking and visiting the objects of Roma. If we come back in Roma someday you can guess where we want to stay 😉!
