Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Greers Ferry Lake

The house was the cleanest and most unique I have ever stayed in. It was well taken care with plenty of parking for a trailer. The house literally had everything you could possible need. It was a joy to be there, wish we could have stayed longer.

Place was extremely clean and easy to find. Everything was as advertised and Kathy was responsive to any questions that we had. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting the Greers Ferry area!

Debbie and Ken’s place was amazing! Holding true to the Airbnb’s roots- they greeted us upon arrival and showed us where everything was including the honey holes for fishing as well as generation/ water level safety and tornado shelter (we had a warning in the area! Was an adventure but luckily shelter not needed). Felt right at home to cook/ grill meals- has plentiful of kitchenware, dishes, spices, etc. Truly like staying at your favorite aunt/uncle’s home. The neighbors were super fun as well and invited us over for HH and snacks! The gardens were truly amazing- hosts are master gardeners and the property truly shines! Home was clean and had everything you can think of! Truly a gem in Heber Springs! We will be back!

My husband and I decided to go somewhere at the last minute for our anniversary. We knew it would be rainy and stormy most of the weekend and we chose this place because of the large tvs, big comfy couch and a lovesac. (I now think I’m going to purchase one!) We watched movies all weekend and stopped only to use the hot tub for a bit. Best of all, we had a beautiful view of the lake which is actually where we first met! Nathan was very responsive and attentive and we had no issues at all while there.

Wonderful place to stay for our anniversary, we would definitely stay here again. Secluded, open, peaceful surroundings with lots of wildlife and good fishing in the lake.

Great place. Great location. Great beds. Great deck. Great water pressure.

We had a great time with friends. Even though it rained quite a bit, we were still able to enjoy the porches and have enough space not to feel cramped and closed in.

The house is super clean, it’s very cozy, and peaceful. The large backyard is great for kids and family time. Location is great, it’s close to Lacy’s where we keep our boat. The hosts are also great to deal with. We liked it so much we are staying there again two more times this summer.

Colleen was amazing and very helpful and friendly! She accommodated a late booking with an early check in and a late check out. She checked in throughout the stay and made sure the place felt like home!

Randall’s Place accommodated all of my needs and was a relaxing environment to take my final exams.

Austin’s place was lovely. The place had everything needed - comfy beds, gorgeous fireplace, great extras (snacks, water etc). The view was unbelievable. Best view I’ve had in Fairfield bay and I have stayed at Fairfield bay before. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Exactly as described, close to everything in the small town. Great eating options within a 5 min drive, yet sitting on the deck, you would have thought you were in the woods. Angela was responsive with any questions we had. She had an extensive folder of local attraction. This was our 2nd year to stay here and we will always return if it is avaliable! Thanks again for a great stay ! PS The best breakfast around is at the bowling alley and a fantastic value as well !

Doug's place is awesome! It sits on a beautiful farm, with horses, donkeys, chickens, ducks and other livestock. The apartment and all of its furnishings feels brand new and was spotlessly clean. Doug and Mary Lynn went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we need. The refrigerator was stocked with farm-fresh eggs from their chickens, he included a pound of delicious sausage and bacon, there were treats and lots of little things that made it feel like a home rather than a rental. One thing to be prepared for if you stay, is the farm is quite a ways from any highways. The roads are paved and in great condition to get to it, but it is a bit of a drive to get back there. If you are looking for a place off the beaten path and in beautiful surroundings with wonderful hosts, then I cannot recommend staying with Doug and Mary Lynn enough!

My children and I were in the Fairfield Bay area to visit family who live nearby and this condo was the perfect resting spot for us. The proximity of this condo to the pool was a nice bonus as we could easily walk to the pool instead of drive. My kids (teenagers) and I were also happy to have a great wifi connection so we could get a little work done and watch some movies together in the evenings. Blue Heron was a comfortable and safe place to stay in between family visits and I will definitely book this condo again next time we are in the area.

I rented this for my niece and family for their stay during our family reunion. They loved it! I don't know what they expected but they seemed so extraordinarily pleased. The condo was terrific with amenities in easy walking distance for all of them. They felt they were being treated to something extra special. It made me look good! I'd rent again for sure.

A touch pricier than others in the area but absolutely worth it. We have family in the area and come at least a couple of times a year, and this is the best condo we’ve rented if you only need two bedrooms. SO well stocked, which was a huge help to us - we took full advantage. Also exceptionally clean, with quality furniture a step above the usual, and some games to boot. Can’t beat the location for getting around FFB and these hosts care about your experience. I felt like we were in a hotel. Our new go-to rental when we visit.

Hayden was a Great Host! We had good communication and his place is Perfect! He provided everything we might need , and More! We would definitely stay here again !

Comfy stay at a cute little spot. We had everything we needed at check in for a great stay.

There was a wifi outage, but other than that, the stay was wonderful. Angel and Dana were very responsive and even let us come back later to check for lost items. Much appreciated.

The condo was clean and very welcoming. It accomodated everyone well.
