From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. On top there is a mini balcony.

The apartment was named after the first name of the deceased grandmother "Lenei" as a sign of appreciation. Grandma's favorite pieces meet modern chalet style and thus provide a place of coziness. Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

Beide Tinys haben eine eigene Terrasse, teilen sich jedoch ein Dach sowie einen gemeinsam nutzbaren Raum in der Mitte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie den großen Garten.
