In den drei stilvollen Schlafzimmern finden bis zu 6 Erwachsene Platz, und für den 7. &8. Gast steht eine gemütliche Schlafcouch zur Verfügung. Das Apartment liegt nur etwa 500 Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt, so dass du bequem mit dem Zug anreisen kannst. Alternativ stehen zwei Stellplätze zur Verfügung. Wichtigen Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Our flat has a seperate entrance, is furnished quite new und Garden area can be alsobused incl some possibilities für children to play. From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The large window facade provides plenty of light and offers a magnificent view of the plateau, the Grassauer Hausberg, and all the way to the Wilder Kaiser in Tyrol! The large, covered balcony with lounge furniture invites you to linger. After an extensive mountain hike or a ski tour, you can enjoy a soothing break in the swimming pool or in the sauna.

You of course have various parking options for your car right by the house. The property is located in the village of Oberau, one of the four municipalities of Wildschönau.
