In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. The old mill in beautiful nature overlooking the mountains has been lovingly renovated and has comfortable space for 6 with its 120 sqm of living space. The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, invisible terrace and a wildly romantic garden by the creek. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped country house kitchen, living room with fireplace, large dining table, cozy large sofa and TV corner. A total of 5 bedrooms and bathroom, as well as sauna and shower.

Family-friendly in a quiet but central location The apartment is close to the center of Marquartstein, centrally but quietly located in a modernized farmhouse. It has just been completely newly renovated and leaves nothing to be desired for vacationers who love Lake Chiemsee, mountains and nature. You will find fast Wi-Fi in the modern equipped apartment. The parking lot (carport) is right in front of the house. Likewise, a private fire pit for cozy evenings.

The romantic, individually and lovingly furnished apartment in the quiet, charming artist's house has a large balcony with magical views of the mountains. The house is located on the outskirts in an enchanted garden where you can enjoy the day or cozy evenings either in the cool lounge or on the wooden terrace. It is an ideal retreat from which wonderful tours can be undertaken. The house has a small wooded area with its own viewing platform.

Forest house

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop). Old forester's house in the middle of beautiful Traunstein

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. A walking distance to the city center with its markets, cafes and beer gardens. In an hour you are in Munich. It takes 30 minutes to get to Salzburg. Both are easily accessible by train. The train station is a 10-minute walk from our house. Chiemsee, Wagingersee - 10 minutes by car :-)

Our accommodation is located in a quiet residential area close to the city of Salzburg (7 km). FOR BUSINESS TRAVELLERS: We issue invoices with VAT! We live in Germany, in the tourist region Berchtesgadener Land, on the edge of the Berchtesgaden and Salzburg Alps in the municipality of Ainring. A car would be an advantage. Free parking available on the property.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in a rural atmosphere near Salzburg. The other tourist highlights such as Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Hallstatt, Salzkammergut and Lake Chiemsee can also be reached quickly by car. Unfortunately, the connection to public transport is poor. Hikes and bike tours can be taken directly from the apartment.
