No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

Such a beautiful home. The owners are super responsive and nice. It was very peaceful. My boyfriend and I just had a house fire and it was the perfect place to take our minds off of everything.

Staying at Elizabeth's place in Grass Valley was a joy. Parking was just steps away from the wonderfully air-conditioned ground floor spacious apartment. With great restaurants and shopping just a short walk away and our friend's band performing at the pub across the street, this really was the most perfect spot! Elizabeth responded to a question quickly. When coming back this way we will most certainly check to see if her place is available again.

I cannot begin to explain how lovely Linda’s place is. The house is adorable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make meals. We spent so much time in the back garden. It’s a tranquil paradise. Very dog friendly with the yard being fenced all the way around. Linda is an amazing host. Eva’s home is a peaceful, beautiful retreat, with the sound of wind in the trees, birds, and a running creek. The many windows and deck magnify the natural beauty and privacy of the location. The house is well laid out, spacious and airy, with a marvelous gourmet kitchen and welcoming master suite. ADA accessibility and central heating/AC make it comfortable for everyone. Furnishings are uncluttered and relaxed. It is a delightful place to stay at home and enjoy!

Peaceful surroundings only a couple of minutes drive to town where there's everything you could possibly need. The house is cosy with a large kitchen, and deck, overlooking the back yard where many birds visit and some deer and squirrels! The linens were of high quality and really helped for a good night's sleep. The gas pot belly fireplace was much appreciated when it snowed. Rachel is a lovely host who communicates effectively. She thoughtfully shared some wonderful local products that really made the stay special! :) I would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay here! Comfortable, clean and quiet home very close to town. And we appreciated the basket of snacks! I found the double bed comfortable and slept really well, but it was extremely soft so may not work for those who need firmer beds.

My husband and I spent two days at Mi’s fabulous home after a wedding in Calistoga. Mi allowed us to check in early as I needed to be on a work zoom call. Her communication from booking until leaving was clear and warm. The house is just as it looks in the photos, clean well kept, light and airy. The deck surpassed our expectations and we spent a full day basking and enjoying the view. I recommend this air b and b highly, it is one of my favorites ever.
