Many of the materials used in this house were either reused from old local houses or milled on the property itself, giving it a lot of character, while remaining modern. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

Relax and enjoy 5 acres of expansive views of the mountains and treetops! The house is surrounded by pine and oak trees with lots of privacy. Perfect family or couples getaway but still close to town. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfy! The kitchen is fully equipped. We are about 15 minutes away from downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City. Yuba River, mountain biking, and hiking are about 20 minutes away from the house. Skiing is about 50 miles away.
