There is an outdoor grill for guest use. Apartment is approx. 1000 sq feet. and totally private from home with a private entrance. Outdoor deck is accessed through large sliding glass doors. Apartment has central heating and air. There is a private entrance. Adults only. No children or teenagers.

You can also just relax while reading a good book, skipping rocks or just dip your toes in the water.

Beautiful house close to town and in the trees

Fragrance free cleaning products Wood floors, washer/dryer stocked kitchen Central heat. Air conditioning. High end mattresses. The house is off of a main road close to downtown Nevada City but in the tallest trees. There is some car noise during rush hour but none of that can be heard from inside of this very well insulated house. No loud parties. We do host dogs and occasionally cats.
