Cozy up with a book, have breakfast and dinner taking in the remarkable view of Venice bell towers and canals, on fantastic rooftop terrace of this beautiful and cozy apartment filled with furniture and ornaments from local artisans and Murano glass factories. Due to allergic problems of the host, it is not possible to stay with pets, sorry for that. Registration Number: M0270428520 The apartment is situated in Santa Croce district, only a few steps from the lively S.Giacomo da l'Orio Square which is renowned for being one of the most picturesque and popular areas of Venice where locals gather to socialise and gossip. The flat is on the third and last floor of a building located in Corte dei Mercanti, a small and cozy square situated about 10 minutes far from the Rialto Bridge and - going to the opposite direction - only 15 minutes far from Venice S.Lucia railway station. The apartment, recently restored, incorporates the concept of a typical Venetian house which reflects both in the furniture and in its architectural structure. While renovating, attention was paid to recreate and maintain the spirit and atmosphere of the Venetian merchants who livened up this area for decades. Furthermore, furnishings are a work of art as it comes from handy work of local artisans and Murano glass factories. The flat offers a 360° view as it boasts windows on each side and it develops on two levels: the main floor where the living/kitchen areas, the bathroom as well as the bedroom are situated, and the upper floor which hosts a relaxing area and a rooftop terrace. The entrance door gives access to the roomy and luminous living area is decorated with three-colour wallpaper and infused by natural light thanks to four windows. The space also includes a comfy sofa, a television and a tea table. Straight ahead, the wide and functional kitchen completes the area. It has classic style custom-made furniture which includes a slate top and details made of pewter. All appliances and a classy wooden table - which seats four - finish the furnishings. The bathroom with shower and a comfortable bedroom complete the main floor. Here, a double bed, a bridge wardrobe and a couple of reading lights furnish the space which is decorated with floral wallpaper and other decorative elements that recall the thousand-year old relationship existing between Venice and the Far East. The ceiling highlights once again the original structure of the building and a lovely skylight ideally extends the room towards the sky. A stairway made of Venetian grey granite leads to the upper floor where, nestled it the eaves of the roof, an air-conditioned reading area finds place. It represents the ideal place where to relax lay on the sofas. The loft also offers a terrace which overlooks the surrounding roofs and bell towers, among which the S.Maria dei Frari and S.Mark's ones. This sunny area is equipped with fine teak chairs and table for four to enjoy unique breakfasts, sunsets, sunrises or a romantic dining under the stars. The accommodation is quietly located, very new and clean and you will find everything you need for your stay. The hosts are very friendly and help you quickly if you have any questions or concerns. This was the perfect stay for Venice. Not directly in the middle but perfect walking distance to everything. We liked that everything we needed was on the main road outside of the apartment. There are a lot of great restaurants in the area. Gian was friendly and responsive. The apartment is as shown in pictures and having the patio outside was perfect for when we wanted to relax with some wine. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in this amazing apartment in a beautiful part of Venice overlooking canals and most of Venice. The large private balcony was the highlight of the apartment . It is a short distance away from the busy tourist areas but these are easily accessible. There were loads of lovely places to eat close by and supermarkets to buy supplies. Would highly recommend this apartment.

We had a truly lovely stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Pietro and Caterina were warm, welcoming, and very responsive hosts who went above and beyond to make us feel at home, offering great recommendations for local food and activities. The location was ideal—peaceful yet close to everything we needed. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space. Highly recommended—we hope to return!

Delightful Ca' d'Oro Suite apartment

Very clean place, comfortable bed, location is very close to food and shopping but was very quiet in the apartment (which we enjoyed). AC was very nice and cold, hot water was plentiful, small courtyard was peaceful and cute. We loved having a washing machine. Towels were super fluffy, plenty of cute dishes. It was great to have a whole bottle of body wash and other bathroom supplies. Lots of books available for reading. Host was super responsive and helped check us in at a late hour. We really loved this place and would recommend 100%.

Very nice, clean and in a very calm area, I recommend it!

Ca'Tintor - Apartment in Cannaregio

Alessandra’s apartment was in a very quiet neighborhood. It’s about 10 to 12 minutes from the train station and it’s very easy find. There are lots of very good restaurants in the area. I suggest getting a pass if you’re there for more than a day for the vaporetto’s. It allows multiple rides for one price and it makes it a little easier to get around plus you get a beautiful view of the city from the canals. Walking also preferable if it’s not too hot. Alessandra’s apartment was perfect. We have recommended it to other people we know. If we ever come back to Venice, I would definitely recommend staying here as it was a perfect location. Alessandra made our stay perfect. I suggest also taking a pre-booked tour to avoid the lines and crowds.

Elena’s apartment was perfect for our three night stay in Venice; within easy walking distance of the Atvo bus on arrival from the airport, the vaporetto water bus stop to get around and the train station when we left. It’s close to a big shop for provisions, and plenty of restaurants and shops, however it’s only a short walk to escape to quieter areas and canals. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and has a beautiful terrace overlooking Venetian rooftops. Would definitely recommend. We loved Venice and hope to be back one day.

Great area, Paolo's place was welcoming and located in the center of activity. But still quite at night in the unit.
