Vacation rentals with lake access in Grand Canal

Martin was very friendly,reachable and understanding. The house is beautiful. We stayed there withy kids and parent in-law and enjoyed a lot. It was enough space for everybody. I will definitely recommend stay at Martinas

Sensational location right on the lagoon. The private island offers many possibilities (sports, beach, restaurants, horseback riding) and the nature reserve with its bird and wildlife right on the doorstep is fantastic. Be sure to take the bikes with you to explore the island and surroundings. The 3-story cottage has a small garden where you can enjoy the view and tranquility. The house is a little spartanly decorated. Luckily, the supermarket on the island sells the most important things of everyday life. (Attention: observe opening hours). We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Great apartment with directly adjacent swimming facilities behind the garden. The dining option in the covered conservatory was ideal at any time of the day with plenty of seating. Of the bicycles available, we used one, the rest we took ourselves, which is highly recommended to explore the island. Leo was also always immediately available when we needed him or had any questions. Our stay was great and we'd come back any time. Thanks again.

Everything was superlative. Filipo was super, friendly, always available to us. He provided us with snacks and drinks. Helped us with transportation. The villa is great, has in the yard a lake with swans. It's a wonder to wake up in such an environment. Spacious rooms, minimalistly furnished but clean. Bathrooms on both levels, equipped with everything you need. Transportation from Treviso to the villa kinda hard for lack of taxis, but it's not up to the host. It's great if you have a car. I highly recommend staying at this villa. Thank you, Filipo! For sure, if we come back to Venice, man see us again! 👍

I cannot recommend Maria enough. Her and her husband’s hospitality was unmatched. From arranging all water taxis, to meeting upon arrival and escorting to the rental, to the detailed materials provided on safe and easy travel throughout the city with all the must sees and local favorites, they provided exceptional care for us to enjoy our stay and ensure we had the best experience possible. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Venice.

We had a fantastic time in Venice Lido at Une's apartment. We were a group of 12 people and we settled in very well. The apartment is close to the vaporetto stop (10 min walk), which allows you to get to Venice without a problem. We were looking to be a little away from Venice, in a house that would allow us to have a garden, more spacious, but at the same time, well located for transfers to the different excursions we had planned. And Une's house brings all these features together very well. It is true, to mention one small criticism, that some beds are already somewhat old and would require a replacement, but in general, we all rested well. Otherwise, Une and Lisa - who is the one who welcomed us - were attentive at all times to any need that might arise. In short, Une's house is highly recommended for relatively large groups who want to have a little more space to be able to visit charming Veneto.

Christina and her property deserve 10 stars. She is a very kind person. She found out that I was very sick before we got to her property and she had a tea that she had made just for me. Aside from her home being very beautiful, comfortable, and a perfect location, Christina is the icing on the cake, she makes everybody feel great and the experience in her home as perfect as it can be.

Our stay was wonderful. The appartment is in excellent condition, has AC, which is crucial in summer months, and the location is in walking distance of everything needed. Thanks.

We enjoyed Alessio's Panorama Suite very much. It was exactly as described. Perfectly sufficient for two people and equipped with modern furniture. The bed is comfortable and you sleep well. From the terrace, you have a beautiful view of the Mare Vostrum. Alessio picked us up at the entrance to the island and took us to the apartment. He showed us everything and made a great effort to ensure our well-being. We can fully recommend him as a host! I'm sure we'll be back next year. We felt at home in Alessio's apartment.

Our stay in Pietro's apartment was wonderful. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for us who were a group of four. We also enjoyed the terrace. The apartment is in a great neighborhood, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. Communication with Pietro was impeccable. It was easy to contact him and he always responded very quickly.
