At upper floor: living room with top quality fully equipped kitchenette, 1 master bedroom with impressive view of Madonna dell’ Orto church front, a second double/twin bedroom, 1 spacious bathroom WC/bidet/ bath/shower, a second WC with hand basin. A decorative spiral staircase leads from the living room to a small roof balcony overlooking the picturesque canal in front of the house. The apartment is provided with good WIFI CONNECTION, AIR CONDITIONING and MOSQUITO SCREENS in any room CASA ZORZI is recommended both for romantic escapes and for family holidays. I use to welcome personally my guests, spending some time on arrival to recommend my favourite places in town....... The apartment is also provided with good reference books useful to plan and enjoy a stay in Venice. The Apartment is located on the quieter side of the truly Venetian Cannaregio District. The house is beside the magnificent Madonna dell' Orto Gothic church, containing cherished treasures including Tintoretto masterpieces. It is 15 minutes away from Rialto bridge. It is very easy and comfortable to reach by public transport either you arrive from Marco Polo airport or from the Train Station, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop and the apartment. A City stay tax of € 4,00 per day /per person ( € 2,00 for 10/16 children, excluding children up to 10) is due up to max 5 days.

The apartment is private and independent, on the central floor of a house in a quiet area overlooking a typical canal, 10 minutes from parking lots and buses, 15 minutes from the station, near a vaporetto stop, supermarket and restaurants. It has rooms overlooking the canal, two bathrooms with showers, both with windows, a large living room, and a bright kitchen. I live in the same house in a separate apartment, on the upper floor. It will be a pleasure to help you if needed. The patio is for me and guests.

The house overlooks Via Garibaldi, one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Venice, where it is easy to find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. It is not recommended for people taller than 1.80m or for people with mobility difficulties because there are 4 floors of stairs!
