Located in the middle of a 3500 sqm plot surrounded by lilac bushes and a private pool. Extra beds (4) are available for rent in the guest house "Smedjan". A barn for smaller events (weddings, etc.) is also available as an addition. In our "LADUSVIT" there is 1 double bed.

Access to laundry room outside the apartment. Party groups are not allowed as this is a quiet family home.

Bicycle distance to everything - stay in the heart of Burgsvik

The place is centrally located but secluded in Burgsvik, close to the sea, nature, restaurants and services. The house is located behind Norrby's Järnaffär. Two windows from the kitchen face the hardware store. The house is surrounded by a large and lovely garden. The location makes it easy to park the car. By bike, you can easily get to the sea, the harbor, cafes and restaurants. The accommodation is suitable for summer stays as well as for off-season. In Burgsvik harbor there is a sea sauna that is open all year round.

It is less than 4 km to Visby, 10 minutes' walk to Kneippbyn's water and summerland/sea. The house is on the "right side" of Visby and it is easy to get directly to one of Gotland's largest and most beautiful beaches, Tofta. In the living room, there is a sauna to use and there is a large parking lot for the house. ICA is 200 meters from the house.

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Brygghuset is a two floor accommodation for a relaxing getaway. You live in a rural idyll with the forest around the corner. Here grandmother dricku = Gotland mead, washed clothes and here honey was thrown, potatoes and vegetables and food were stored for winter's needs. The property has a special staircase to the second floor. You really relax in this house. We have vegetable growing and have flea market every now and then.
