The apartment comprise 1 rok with sleeping alcove with a comfortable double bed. In addition, there is a good sofa bed with a mattress topper for two people.

Summer house in Fröjel

Enjoy the holiday with the whole family in peaceful and rural surroundings in Fröjel, about 40 km south of Visby. Large plot with pool, dining area both outside and inside and plenty of space for barbecuing and social activities in the garden. It is about 2 km to the beach, shallow and family-friendly, as well as quieter than Tofta. About 6 km away, there is a grocery store and bakery, there is both a restaurant and pizzeria by the sea about 3 km from the house. There are 3 bicycles and 2 youth bicycles for rent.

The property has sea views, a deck and a glassed-in west facing deck = sun/sunsets! Double bed in the bedroom and a 140 cm wide sofa bed in the living room. Access to three pools, tennis courts and a barbecue area (summer time). In the area there is a shorter light trail. It is about a 10-minute walk to the beach at Snäck where there is also a restaurant and pool in the summer. Walk along the sea on the promenade to Visby. There are nice hiking areas into Visby or north towards, among other things, Själsö.

There is a deck where you can enjoy a good meal while you can hear the noise of the waves and gaze at the sea and the Karl Islands. If you want to take a dip, you can do it in the comfortable pool. There's also a patio for a rainy summer day.

Welcome to Villa Skogsglänta. A newly built villa with all the amenities. Pool, large veranda, fireplace and not least walking distance (1km) to Tofta beach. The house is 112 sqm (100 sqm inside) and there is also an additional building with a bedroom of 10 sqm that you can rent. The house is located in Gnisvärd, just a 15-minute drive from central Visby. From the residence, you can get to Visby Golf Club in 12 minutes by car, which in 2020 was voted Sweden's best Golf Club.
