Cozy apartment on 3rd floor. Large terrace with lovely sea views at Snäck, 3 km from Visby The apartment is at Snäck, 3 km outside the wall. Proximity to nature trails and water. On the roof of the property there is access to a communal pool and tennis courts. We only rent to well-behaved tenants. You must be smoke and pet free and respect the rules of conduct. Welcome to our guesthouse! Live modern, clean and comfortable on the outskirts of Visby. The area is peaceful and quiet and is called Terra Nova. The guest house is about 35 square meters and situated within walking distance to a large shopping area as well as a beautiful forest. Everything in Visby is within 8 minutes by car and 15- 20 minutes by bicycle. Walking to the city wall takes about 30-35 minutes. There is a private patio by the pool.

Secluded on spectacular Bungenäs is this house with fantastic views and a heated pool. The plot and house, completed in 2016, are completely secluded and private. Heated pool completed in 2020 further enhances the stay. Here you are offered a high standard with proximity to nature. Bungenäs is completely car-free and you get around by bicycle or on foot. Bicycles are included during your stay in the house.
