Welcome to this pleasant apartment of about 75 sqm with an open floor plan on the lower floor of the old school in Eksta, built in the late 1800s. The apartment has previously served both as a caretaker's residence and a holiday home when the school was in use. The school building also houses art studios and a hall library. On the upper floor, there is another apartment. You have access to a large garden with garden furniture, hammock and barbecue. You have your own entrance and toilet, but the shower is shared with another tenant.

Calm and fresh home base for all experiences on the island. Land in Eken's bed in the evening and meet the morning on the patio. Parking is included and the car can stay parked as Visby's pleasures and experiences are reached on foot. Bed linens are included. Bath towels and towels are included. I want the bath sheets to stay in the apartment and you are going to the beach to bring your own bath towel. Cleaning is not included but can be purchased. If there are more than two of you, please ask first.

Nu finns där 5 lägenheter helt nyrenoverade med alla bekvämligheter.Husets balkong som ligger på den norra gaveln med morgon sol och kvälls sol har husets gäster tillsammans. We have a large garden that you can use if you wish. There are various patios that can give you a wonderful start to the day with breakfast in the sun, a nice barbecue in the evening or just take it easy. 2 bicycles belong to the property.

Close to everything, the ruins sea shopping restaurants botanical garden promenade and all the alleys with sights. 2 separate beds, 90 x 200 cm (35 x 79 in). Smoke animals and party-free home. Fully equipped kitchen cabinets, no dishwasher. The TV has Chromecast. Suitable for older people. Age limit 27 years. You are close to ICA and the main square with lots of good restaurants.

Apartment on the upper floor of the grand building. 1 room and kitchen. Bathroom with shower and WC. Balcony in south facing with little sea view,seeing a bit of Stora Karlsö. Nice to have breakfast on the balcony and also sit there at night. Umbrella is there. Also balcony facing west facing which is nice in the afternoon and evening with view over the garden. Quiet and nature close by.

The apartment is located at the top of the property with a large lovely king-size balcony of 8 meters. NOTE: Week 29, we only rent to groups over 30 years of age.
