Welcome to this pleasant apartment of about 75 sqm with an open floor plan on the lower floor of the old school in Eksta, built in the late 1800s. The apartment has previously served both as a caretaker's residence and a holiday home when the school was in use. The school building also houses art studios and a hall library. On the upper floor, there is another apartment. You have access to a large garden with garden furniture, hammock and barbecue. You have your own entrance and toilet, but the shower is shared with another tenant.

Parking is included and the car can stay parked as Visby's pleasures and experiences are reached on foot. Bed linens are included. Bath towels and towels are included. I want the bath sheets to stay in the apartment and you are going to the beach to bring your own bath towel. Cleaning is not included but can be purchased. Nu finns där 5 lägenheter helt nyrenoverade med alla bekvämligheter.Husets balkong som ligger på den norra gaveln med morgon sol och kvälls sol har husets gäster tillsammans. Grillen är för gästerna.
