Welcome to this pleasant apartment of about 75 sqm with an open floor plan on the lower floor of the old school in Eksta, built in the late 1800s. The apartment has previously served both as a caretaker's residence and a holiday home when the school was in use. The school building also houses art studios and a hall library. On the upper floor, there is another apartment. You have access to a large garden with garden furniture, hammock and barbecue. You have your own entrance and toilet, but the shower is shared with another tenant.

Welcome to us at Glädjens Hus as the Lindahl family has had in the family since 1893 when the widow Johanna Lindahl had built this amazing house with which it was then 3 apartments and with a good location close to the harbor and the inner city. Now there are 5 apartments completely renovated with all amenities. The house's balcony located on the north gable with morning sun and evening sun is shared by the house's guests. Calm and fresh home base for all experiences on the island. Land in Eken's bed in the evening and meet the morning on the patio. Parking is included and the car can stay parked as Visby's pleasures and experiences are reached on foot. Bed linens are included. Bath towels and towels are included. Apartment on the upper floor of the grand building. 1 room and kitchen. Bathroom with shower and WC. Balcony in south facing with little sea view,seeing a bit of Stora Karlsö. Nice to have breakfast on the balcony and also sit there at night. Umbrella is there. Also balcony facing west facing which is nice in the afternoon and evening with view over the garden.
