With us, you live in the countryside and close to nature, while the house is only 20 km from Visby. Beautiful hiking trails and nature reserves are available next to the property. The nearest swimming area is 10 minutes away (by car). It is close to the west coast, east coast and lake (Tingstäde marsh) so swimming can be adapted to the weather and wind. Within walking distance is Bäl village farm with barbecue and mini golf that are regularly available in the summer. At the house there is a south-facing patio with a charcoal grill and generous grass areas.

In the garden, there is a patio, a large cozy summer room and several fruit trees. Space for several cars and charging for electric cars. TV and internet (100 mbit). Weber ball grill and patio in a location for lovely spring and summer evenings. In summer, there are also two beds in the garden shed (without electricity) on the property.

Quiet neighborhood, central location

Calm and fresh home base for all experiences on the island. Land in Eken's bed in the evening and meet the morning on the patio. Parking is included and the car can stay parked as Visby's pleasures and experiences can be reached on foot. Bed linens are included. Bath towels and towels are also included. I want the bath towels to stay in the apartment, so if you go to the beach, you have to bring your own bath towels. Cleaning is not included but can be purchased.
