Cleaning is not included without cleaning up is done by the guest before checkout. Cleaning is available for a fee, 2000 SEK. Peaceful home completed in 2023. Fully-equipped with everything a family with children or a group of friends need. Entire 117 sqm and associated land of over 2000 sqm. Three bedrooms, a living room, a large kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, a toilet and a laundry room. EV charging is installed and can be provided for a fee. Patio with barbecue is available. Total sleeps 8 in the villa. Beach only a stone's throw away (about 70 meters) and also the well-known lake tavern in Valleviken.

Combination with two small houses Visby Snäck

Two small houses that we rent together. Suitable for a family with children who would like a house of their own, but yet close to parents, or for the the two couples who would like to travel together but also get som privacy. Close to Visby 4km to the city wall. 10-15min walk to the beach. Nice paved yard with fig trea and barbecue area. It's a self contained house. You bring your own bed linnen and towels and clean before you leve. Charger for electric car available at extra fee.

Gotland cottage close to beach

Our second house on Gotland is our sanctuary to get back to nature and live the simple life - just next to Danbo nature reserve. It's a modern house that is comfortably furnished in a nordic style and includes under floor heating, and a large patio with BBQ for the summer. It is a truly special location, with our favourite secluded sandy beach (Danbo) just 10 mins walk down gravel track to reach from house. There are coastal paths right around the coast in Katthammarsvik.

Cabin in a quiet location near Tofta beach (800m)

The rent includes final cleaning. (See below) Our cottage was renovated in 2015 with a new bathroom and new kitchen as well as a new large terrace. Here 6 people sleep comfortably in beds distributed in 3 bedrooms. 2 of the rooms have spring mattresses and one has simpler mattresses in a bunk bed. The kitchen has micro, dishwasher and combined fridge/freezer. Washing machine in the bathroom. 10 minutes walk to Tofta sandy beach (800m).

Vacation in this spacious and peaceful accommodation for up to 4 people on the east side of Gotland in Gammelgarn. Wood-fired sauna is available to borrow at no additional cost. Close to nature and lovely landscapes and in the vicinity of the farm there are grazing lambs. There are various beaches to choose from (about 6-12 km from the property). The farm is about 4.5 miles from Visby.
