In unserem Einfamilienhaus vermieten wir unser modernes Studio. Das Studio befindet sich im 1. Sock, hat einen eigenen Eingang und ist komplett von unserem Wohnbereich getrennt, ausser dem gemeinsamen Treppenhaus. Wir legen viel Wert in Nachhaltigkeit und heizen unser Eigenheim mit Erdwärme und den Strom erzeugen wir mit unserer PV-Anlage. Erleben Sie das besondere Gefühl, mit einem guten Gewissen in den Tag zu starten. Direkt neben dem Hauseingang befindet sich eine gratis Parkmöglichkeit.

Nimm dir die Zeit, die du brauchst für dich/euch, du wirst dich wohl fühlen. Die Wohnung ist eher ein Studio, wenn nicht sogar eine Loft und daher sehr beliebt bei den Gästen. Das Studio hat keinen eigenen Zugang, zum Studio gelangt man durch das Haus der Gastgeber. Zwei Personen schlafen auf dem Bettsofa. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus. Es ist kein Lift vorhanden, sondern Treppen ;) Vom Standort kann das Appenzellerland besucht werden, auch St. Gallen ist in ÖV-Nähe!

I really enjoyed my stay with Johannes and his family. he and his wife are so kind. I was invited to eat with them, Johannes explored the city with me (and once with his children) and the family and I visited the community garden. He knows a lot about the city and will tell you so much, basically I got an exclusive city tour. it's not the typical sperated Airbnb where you barely see the host, you will have a room in a flat. I prefer that kind of traveling (specially with hosts like them). Communication is super easy, Johannes is very responsive.

Ein ruhiges, grosszügisges Zimmer, ich habe mich wohl gefühlt, konnte gut arbeiten (WLAN, grosser Tisch). In der Küche konnte ich ruhig meine Sachen für einen Besuch vorbereiten, alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Roger und sein Sohn, der mich empfangen hat, sind sympathisch und Roger hat mein Bedürfnis nach Ruhe voll respektiert. Bad ist blitzblank. Als Badefreak liebte ich die Badi am Rhein. Nicht zum ersten und hoffentlich nicht zum letzten Mal.

Ruth and Nicolus were really vey nice hosts.Specially Ruth was very courtious and kind .Room was really awesome.Immersed in nature,serene and pure.
