Top luxury, 11th floor, gorgeous view to the sea

The city Batumi's district Gonio is surrounded by green mountains. It is known for having the cleanest water on the coast of the sea. Our house stays in 20m. distance from the water and at the promenade in front are many lovelies restaurants/cafes with delicious food! The joyful atmosphere of the beach has additionally many water entertainments (water parachute, paraplan etc.). The silhouettes of 8 mountains are running into the water and one can also see the skyline of Batumi (8 km. – 5$ taxi).

Pool could be heated by reguest. Luxurious two-storey villa with an area of 228 sq.m. The villa is equipped with a private infinity pool, which offers glorious views of the sea and the mountains with a fresh air. The second floor has two cozy bedrooms and balcony. On the first floor there is a large equipped kitchen and a living room with entrance to a terrace. On the neighboring plot is under construction, possible minor inconveniences during the day. The price is reduced as compensation.

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

Отдыхали неделю в Батуми,снимали квартиру у Натальи.У квартиры очень удачное расположение,тихая,очень близко к набережной и парку 6 мая.В квартире есть всё необходимое,очень удобные кровати,хороший душ (за исключением,что нет душевой кабинки,но такое в Батуми очень распространено).Хозяйка очень приятная и приветливая.

The house is on the 24th floor with unrestricted peaceful views of the black sea . This is the highlight of the house . The beach is 5 minutes from the house so are some good eating places and supermarket is close to the house . The house was clean and spacious . It has large living room . When we faced some issue , the host was prompt and resolved the issue very quickly . Our stay at Batumi was comfortable and memorable at the house .

Найти апартаменты очень легко, расположение отличное, а про вид с балкон - это отдельная красота! Особенно на закате. Tornike's apartment is practically a chalet in the city. It is a perfect crib for a group of friends to hang out. There are two terraces with view on the mountains, one of which has a grill. In addition, on the second floor there's a pretty decent projector--perfect for watching football! Communication with the host was fanstatic. Location is not central, but walkable to the main attractions of Batumi. The only negative aspect is the appearance of the building: it can be offputting, but once you are in the apartment, it is like an oasis.
